Very thin crunchy crust
Jennifer H.

The pizza was yummy. It does Not have a fluffy end crust. It was very thin and crunchy. I like it more doughy. I typically ask for light sauce. I didn't to see what they would normally put on the pizza. It was light, so if you like more sauce, you might want to ask for extra. Finally, I found a place to put enough cheese on to cover the pizza and it was great. In pics you will see the Hawaiian was a medium and the pepperoni was a large. THEY DO NOT DELIVER ONLY DOOR DASH OR GRUB HUB. This means that you pay a lot more for each item. They are definitely very expensive.

Large cheese pizza

Stopped off here for a pie to try it out. Pretty spacious and clean spot. Good size menu for pies and calzones. Went for a large cheese Togo. Took about 15 minutes. Brought it home and maybe it was because it was the day after thanksgiving and my stomach wasn't feeling it but the pizza lacked flavor and and not much sauce. Looked promising upon opening the box. But was let down ultimately. It's a good football pizza and definitely worth a visit if in the area. I'll give it another go on a normal night for pizza. A lot of good competition in the area with Tomatoes and Ember. I'll be back.

The worst place I have ever been in my entire life. The person who took my order was rude and had no idea what he was talking about. This is supposed to be a chicken Parmesan sub and they gave me a burnt mush sub. Do not ever give this place your money

Overcooked calamari
Tyler Q.

Worst place I have ever ordered from. As a former Sous Chef, this place should be ashamed of themselves for serving us such poor quality food. The Chicken Parm is burnt, the cheese on the steak and cheese isn't even melted and the bread isn't toasted lol The calamari is overcooked to the point where it tastes like chips. I don't understand how this place has 4 stars. Maybe we got a bad crew of people who cooked our food. I called to talk to someone about this issue and the guy who answered was rude about it. I would stay away from this place.

Bottom left - Tortellini Pizza. Top Right - Simple w pepperoni

Great pizzas, fast and friendly service and good prices. Finally got to try Daddy's as I went on a Sunday and a Monday and they were closed. However the new hours state Monday - Saturday till 8pm. Pizzas are perfect for one person or get a few to split between several people. Tried the tortellini pizza. Awesome unexpected combination of tortellini, cheese and pesto. Fired in the oven till nice and crunchy on top. The pepperoni was also terrific. My son gave it a 10 star rating.

It's just okay. Not much sauce or crust. I find it somewhat tasteless. If you like mostly cheese then you might have a higher opinion.

Excellent pizza and nice folks. Pretty cool to watch your pizza being made. Bright dining area with large farm house type tables.

Almost, but not quite, as good as any frozen pizza you could get at any grocery store anywhere.

Literally everyone coming in had one or two kids with them. I never thought on a Friday evening there would be so many kids at a brewery! The beer was right up my alley. They had a tiramisu beer called coffeemisu and it was actually fantastic. Sadly I do not care to drink beer in a daycare setting. I raised my children already and never brought them to a bar or brewery until they were 21. It is bizarre to me that parents think this is normal and businesses who do not sell food allow it. There was a pizza truck outside, it was mid at best(not part of the brewery). $18 for a pie and nothing to write home about. The dead band was alright, we only stayed for 3 songs because of the atmosphere. Nobody asked me but I'm giving some "bar rescue" advice: You are not making money when children are taking up seats in your bar. Adults who want to drink were struggling to find seats and leaving while children were sitting at tables and running all around. This may be how you want to run your business but it makes no fiscal sense at all. Although I enjoy the beer I will not be back and I'm sure they won't care!

They specialize in *everything sourdough*, and it shows. The pizza was so delicious. I ordered the Hawaiian and my husband built his own with white sauce with greens and Italian sausage. Both were so flavorful, perfectly balanced, and baked to that ideal sourdough crisp-chewy combo. Every bite tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. But here's the real win: it was actually good for my gut. I usually feel heavy or uncomfortable after pizza, but not this time. Their sourdough truly makes a difference: I left satisfied instead of sluggish, which feels like a miracle. We also found out the owner, Karen, used to be a chef in Irvine, CA, and honestly... it makes sense. There's a clear SoCal flair in the ingredients and overall vibe, and I'm so glad she brought that creativity and quality to my hometown. So glad I got to stop by this place. If you appreciate food made with real intention, you must stop by too. I'll be back the next time I travel back to the east coast.

As we made our way inside the restaurant, Chef Chris took the time to greet us and since we were the first ones there for our time slot, he gave us the option to pick any table we wanted for our omakase experience. He is very personable and took the time to get to know us and talk a bit about his background. The tables were split into separate sections so that you were seated only with your party which I thought was a nice setup, especially for a date night. We decided to do the Grand Slam Omakase with 16 courses with a specially selected sake pairing. Chef Chris took the time to explain each course, with several of the components being made in-house. I was an especially big fan of the Hokkaido scallop course but everything was phenomenal, especially the nigiri. You can tell that every aspect of every course is crafted thoughtfully and with care. If you are looking for an omakase experience, I would definitely recommend reserving a time at Momi Nonmi!

He told us up front that seatings are for up to 2 hours and we finished in about 90 minutes. We would love to go back, but it's definitely more of a special occasion type of place than an everyday one.
