Now, perhaps it is okay to not have Mexican pizza or disturb the customer as far as how a Greek pizza may be made. I ordered half mushroom and onion. The other half was ordered as just pepperoni. Pizza was delivered but it wasn't what I ordered at all. Plus their pizza used to be thinner. You just lost a loyal customer, as well as the business from my family after 25 years. They are awful now, never used to be. With a rude manager who refuses to take ownership of any errors. Unacceptable behavior from the manager when an order was incorrect, slammed the phone down on me when I protested. Food is substandard and when they make a mistake apparently it's your fault and responsibility. Asked for cheese in my tacos instead omitted all ingredients.. No lettuce, tomato or onion because I didn't ask for it. Made it my fault for not being specific. I may be stupid but for the last 25 years I have never had to request the way they come. Too many people have allergies was the excuse. So it was my fault that they came bare. I even requested cheese and didn't even get that. Prepare to be made wrong and dumb if they don't get something right... Every place you go there is pretty much a standard with a taco, color me confused for them arriving this way. I will never order anything from you again after this, you have lost the business of a large family due to your management. Having food delivered sub par even a rubbery cold pizza was brought with the bare tacos after waiting an hour and a half for it is unacceptable. I ordered three sheet pizzas and a large catered salad and asked for it to be delivered. I physically went into the store the day before our event to make sure my requests were received as I was told different stories as to when to order for a catered event. I specifically asked Eric if plates and plastic ware (forks) were included. He told me, Yes, we will provide them. When Emma delivered the pizza and salad, I asked where the plates and forks were. They didn't give her any. I asked her to please go get them and bring them back as I have a large crowd and we have a schedule. She said she would have to do any other deliveries first before bringing anything back to us. I called the pizza parlor at 11:42 am and Ashley answered. She said she would put together a packet for my request. After 12 minutes at 11:54 am Ashley called back and said that she called her manager Shawn who was angry that I spoke to his delivery person in a way that made her unhappy and he wouldn't deliver to me in the future if I was going to treat his deliver people in such a manner. I told her I would send someone down to pick up the items. She said she wouldn't know what to charge. I pointed out that Eric said there was no extra charge. I told her I didn't care what the cost was and I would pay anything. Ashley then told me that she was ending the call and hung up. All I asked of Emma was for her to bring back the plates and silverware. Emma told me that she needed to make her other deliveries first. I told her I would appreciate her bringing back the plates, etc. I tried to give her a $30 tip and she walked away quickly saying "I don't want your money". Common sense would show you can't eat salad your fingers. I no longer live in Leominster and try to hold events in town and give my business to my favorite eating establishments. C&M has been my favorite pizza for over 50 years. Donald Leger would have made sure I received what I needed. (God Rest his soul). Pretty disappointed with their pie today. Ordered a large pizza to go and came home to open it up and see this. I've had them once before and it wasn't bad. Not sure why they cut their slices like this for a large. I hate that. Ruins the pie. Not to mention the cheese is slightly burnt and not totally melted. I have given this place at least 5 chances because not many spots serve vegan cheese around the area. Last time was chaos. I ordered a large pizza with vegan cheese and a couple of other toppings. The cheese is in the system as "sm vegan cheese" and "lg vegan cheese" because they charge more on a large pizza. Pretty standard stuff. They made one large dairy cheese pizza with the toppings we wanted and one large vegan cheese pizza. The manager on duty tried to convince me that I had ordered the pizza incorrectly. The workers looked super uncomfortable because they knew she was wrong, but they had no choice but to listen to her. I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to make a new pizza. I have ordered catering trays from here in the past with positive experiences. This time was anything but. When I called to speak with someone on the phone and order, the person knew nothing about the catering options (like how many people a tray served) or even how to check them out. I specially asked for them to be ready at 11 am. When I go there the woman told me it would be at least 30 min more. The food itself was fine. The trays were nothing to write home about. The food was good, and the driver was great, but why are your ppl behind the counter telling me on a Saturday night that deliveries are going to take an hour and a half? When I questioned it, I was told it was an hour to pick up!! The driver kept apologizing that we were told that. I understand that I live at the top of Elm St., but I can drive there in 15 mins. I use to work at numerous pizza places so i get it when it gets busy but this was not the case this was just lazy. In violation of sanitary code this restaurant, which includes seating for customers, does not have a public restroom. So you can't wash your hands before you eat. I came in with clean hands, waited a long time for food that wasn't very good and was expensive (over $17 for a small pizza), and due to the long wait had to go the bathroom only to find out there wasn't one. I went here for food with my friends, and we got a pepperoni pizza and four subs. The pizza tasted moldy and all of our subs were soggy and bland. Two stars is being pretty nice because I never want to sewer a local business. There's just nothing I would eat here again. Had the pizza, it was plain and lacking any good flavor. Very disappointed with their Service. Called to place an order and no answer for 15 mins. And this has happened on several occasions. We placed a pizza order for 3 large pizzas to be delivered to a residential home on a Monday night. We waited a total of 2 hours before we decided to call and ask where the pizza was. Their response was they were really busy and that they were short on delivery people. We totally understand for the lack of help, but please dont say we will be there in 45 minutes if it will take 2 hours. C & M have been a family favorite for many years, but we feel it's not the same......their customer service needs work..........very disappointed. :( read more

Best Pizza in the area. Ironically, it's located right across from Domino's. No comparison. This is the real deal. I've never tried their subs or dinners because the pizza is just so good. Also they have recently added a location in Sterling - same pizza quality and same excellent service. There are a ton of pizza shops in the area and unfortunately most are just ok. We just moved to the area and were looking for a local, non-chain pizza place. This was the top pizza recommendation in the Leominster Facebook group. We ordered a large pizza and it was delicious! They cut the pizza into squares, so the middle pieces are no crust cheesy goodness :) read more

I have been a loyal customer to CnM for years never any serious problems other than the average rude phone girl and late delivery. But the last 3 deliverys my pizza has been very undercooked and floppy even when asked for well done. The most recent Hamburg pizza was undercooked like always but also got my family (only the 3 that ate that exact pizza) very sick the next day. Trying to be understanding and just warn the owner so no one else gets sick I call. He proceeds to yell at me saying its impossible for his pizza to make someone sick and was honestly just a complete a$$ to a customer who was trying to take the high road. C&M Pizza has become my go to pizza place in Leominster. The crust is perfect, they have just the right amount of cheese. Everything always taste fresh. A family member has celiac disease and they are gluten-free and cauliflower crust are both very tasty. Glad to hear they're expanding to Sterling! read more

Decided to give C&M a try because they have been in business for 55 years and I wanted to see why. We ordered grinders and got a meatball, steak and eggplant. I wanted sausage but they don't have sausage grinders...ever. They don't do sausage of any kind! How do you not have sausage at a pizza and grinder place??. Disappointing. My daughter was happy with the meatball but strangely, they were sliced. Easier to eat I suppose but also dry. The eggplant was ok. I could actually taste the eggplant because it wasn't overly coated with breading and deep fried. Not much cheese or sauce though. Again a bit dry. Long time customer , probably most than 12 years, and that's why I'm giving them 2 stars plus I really like the food , but enough is enough. I never did a bad review to them before just thinking "oh maybe they're busy, maybe somebody has a bad day, etc etc" but when you get so many mistakes in a roll, I think is time to do it, maybe a manager or owner will open the eyes. I'm all these years many things happened, missing items, wrong order, delivery tool 2 hours and half cause driver was doing only God know what etc etc. Tonite I ordered 2 calzones (one of my favorite dishes from them). Well , no marinara on none of them. Of course I call and they offered to send some but after waiting 45 mins for the food don't want to wait more time z bad decision !!!! They were so burnt and dry almost imposible to eat. Shame on you C&M first 2 Picts of what we got.
