We could not taste any bone marrow flavor whatsoever, and both steaks were overcooked. My daughter-in-law ordered the lobster roll at market price, which ended up being around $38. For the price, the portion was very small and the flavor was underwhelming. Overall, the food and service did not meet expectations, especially for what we paid. Sadly, this was not the enjoyable birthday dinner we had hoped for.
