I'm only in town about once every 3 months but when I am, I make a point to eat here every visit. I usually try to go before 6p and ask for a bar table which has quicker service to get seating (IMO). The Bread Service is a perfect start. Comes out fast and has multiple spreads. I tried the Bang bang broccoli this time - a seasonal Bar bite - it was more of an asian ginger flavor w/ fried broccoli - it was not my favorite but I could see how people would love it. Ended up ordering the Short Rib grilled cheese (see pics) - very flavorful sandwich w/ a hearty portion of short ribs & 3 kinds of cheese on a sourdough. Definitely worth a shot. On top of this amazing food, the service was quick and on point. Although I am older, I have a baby face and am sometimes over looked for good service - so it's important to me that all customers are treated equally. William D. The experience was ok. The only plus the restaurant has is the ability of serving food as needed based allergies. Everything made from scratch that's is what is advertised. The service was not the best the service. Our waiter forgot two drinks, special request for the orders were not met. We came in probably about an hour before they closed. The service was good no complaints there. We got seated right away. The steak was cooked to our liking. The fried stole the show. My husband really enjoyed his pasta. Now the only reason I gave it 4 stars was the salad. It was ehh the croutons were soft and old. My mother, sister and I went here for dinner. It was our first time and it did not disappoint. Our server was William C and he went above and beyond, for not only us but for all the other tables in the restaurant. Very attentive and very friendly. The food was spectacular. He recommended the cajan shrimp pasta and it was to die for. He also recommended the key lime pie for dessert, as all of it is made in house. Fantastic and very flavorful. Highly recommended. After a few visits at Buttons over the years I unfortunately find they have hit for me as extremely average. The location is in the Shops at Stonefield which is an upper scale shops and eatery'. Parking is off street just outside their door. A hostess had our party of three wait 10 minutes, or so. When seated with menus we realized we had weekday menus. Our waitress brought out brunch menus and waters. The restaurant has an up scale feel with a separate bar. Outdoor seating is also offered. The kitchen is open to the public, but most of the dining room cannot easily see. Our orders are as following. Mine Short Rib Hash, daughter Avocado BLT, her friend Eggs Benedict. The food hit the table in around 20-25 minutes. Visuals looked good, but did not deliver on taste. Mine was bland, even with salt. My daughter's BLT had undercooked bacon and overall not tasty. However, an abundance of Parmesan fries good. Friends dish no complains, but ate half says something. We paid the bill, around $75 w/ tax & tip at the table on a machine. When clearing the waitress dropped a knife in my crotch. We left disappointed. 2.5 rounding up. Table service propped them up a bit. But the food leading the review I cannot provide higher. This isn't my usual fare, but upon being brought here I was pleased that there were a few vegetarian options for me. While we were told there was a wait, we were seated quickly and received attentive service. The superfood salad I ended up ordering had a nice mix of textures and nutritional elements. The thing I had against it is whatever dressing they used was too salty and left me seeking water for the rest of the evening. If I'd been able to get dressing on the side, or if they'd just been a bit more confident in the flavors of avocado and quinoa and so on, I'd be happier. I do want to give them credit for making an effort to accommodate a variety of diets, which restaurants like this didn't use to do. read more

Expensive, but 100% worth it. There has not been a time that I've eaten here where I've felt disappointed or left hungry. Ambiance in here is definitely on the classier side. Plenty of booth seating in the restaurant area if you want a cozy more private meal, but the bar area is also a great place for drinks and apps. Briana is an absolutely wonderful server, I always hope she's working whenever we go. Our drinks are always topped up, and we're always taken care of. Kudos to Briana for being so awesome. We ordered the bang, bang shrimp as a starter and it was even better than I remember. Many restaurants across America roll out a similar item but this is the best version I've experienced. My father ordered the Filet with the and lobster tail entree. Both were perfectly cooked and we'll seasoned. I also splurged and ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with the lemon butter.
