I've also ordered it 3 hours in advance for pickup, but when we got there, we still had to wait another 15+ minutes or so. I prefer to have it waiting for me to just pick up and go as I was on a time crunch. That's why I set it up at a certain time. Overall, I had recommended this place to all my family and friends.
