The bartenders Marina and Joey were attentive, quick, and clearly very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. However, one moment really stood out for the wrong reasons. A manager approached the bartenders and began yelling at them in front of guests. Even though it was off to the side, it was still very noticeable and uncomfortable to witness. Situations like that should be handled privately, either in the back or after a shift, but not in front of customers. It came across as unprofessional and honestly, disrespectful. As a guest, it affects the atmosphere and gives insight into how staff are treated, which matters. Aside from that incident, everything else about the experience was great.
