The place is big inside, with some nice outdoor seating with games for the kids. Service is quick and friendly. But let's get to the important part - the lobster rolls. I've been burned before, shelling out north of $30 for a roll and being severely disappointed with the lobster count. But at Jackson Hall they deliver! These things are HUGE! I went with the lobster bomb this time with crab, and it was great with the bisque. I wish the bread was more like a sourdough though. If you're a lobster roll fan, you need to give this place a visit!!

So my wife and I decided to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary dinner at Jackson Hall. Lemme tell you...those videos and all the pictures are worth a million words. The food here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! My wife and I shared The Lobster Bomb, and we each ordered a Connecticut Lobster Roll. The portions? They were HUGE!!! We both had plenty of leftovers to take home (and for a guy like me who can pack it in...that's saying SOMETHING!!!) The service? Jamie P was so sweet and kind. My wife who is Puerto Rican said Jamie was very amable. Absolutely true!! The menu is loaded with so many different and pleasing options. It's going to take several (and I mean SEVERAL) trips back here to try everything that's on the menu. Solid 15 out of 10 stars for Jackson Hall!! Can't wait to go back.

I can't even explain to you how bad the last two visits were in the last two weeks!!…read moreMy husband and I have been coming to this restaurant since the doors opened. I've always loved it and recommended it to everyone. The last two visits have not been too great not only to the portion but the prices went up. It wasn't as crowded as you would've thought. My husband's lobster was mushy and overcooked my son's girlfriend shrimp on crabcakes she only ate two due to being Bland ,my chicken Was dry and boring and under flavored. The french fries were over salted We went back again last night for New Year's Eve. This is the place that we've been coming to for the last 10 years. We come with the same couple and usually have a great time. There were lines for the bathroom which left people standing close to people's tables. I ordered the New York strip off the bone which came black and blue when I ordered it Medium it had to go back two times and then it came back the last time and I couldn't even eat it. It was butterflied and mangled The manager was aware of this and did nothing. Which is a first for this restaurant My friend ordered the filet mignon which looked like shoe leather. They did take that one back and gave her a new one which was cooked properly with the first send back My husband's and his friends were also black and blue, but they ate them because they didn't want to send back all the steaks at the table . The Waite staff is phenomenal there the management has changed and is terrible. You would've thought that the manager would've came over when I'm spending eighty dollars on a steak and am the only One not eating and just say hi can I get you dessert and coffee? Nope nothing!!! I have $600 bill came for four people and I was so unhappy with the amount of money I spent for food that I could've gotten from JNR steakhouse Sorry but that's how much it changed! Unfortunately, this will now be my last visit based on principle I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone anymore for the change is unbelievable so disappointed The manager knows us The manager knows that we were just there last week And the manager should at least try to make the regulars happy Along with first timers Guess I'm finding a new place for New Year's Eve This will not be my local restaurant any longer

The only downside was that it's winter and we are smack in the middle of back to back literal blizzards and we went at night so we couldn't see any of the view. But believe me, I will definitely be back to make it all right. Every once is a while, for one of my sisters' birthdays we will hold a psychic night. This time, we saw that Snapper Inn was having a psychic night with dinner, so we decided to let them do all the work. I called over a month ahead and spoke with Jim, who was the loveliest man. He gave me all the details and I told him I would call back when I have an official head count. The psychic dinner came with a prix-fixed 3 course meal and a 15 min reading. The menu was amazing. I got the winter salad and the shrimp oreganota while ending up with the banana bread pudding. Everything was top notch, from the private set up with our reading, to the round table they sat the 7 of us at. The service was out of this world and Caroline made sure everything was done perfect. The most important thing is that my sister very much enjoyed everything. And being that this is a family owned business, according to Jim, I was proud to celebrate my family with them. I hope we can do it again.

However, The heater seemed very strong, especially if you're seated by the windows -- it felt uncomfortably hot. Entrees are priced around the $30 range, so expectations were a bit higher. Unfortunately, we waited almost an hour for our entrees. There was also a mix-up with our salad order. At first we were told the portion served was the full size, but it clearly wasn't. To their credit, the staff did replace it.

Well, waterfront restaurant, how can you resist. My wife decides to invite her sister to come. No comment for now. Read about Valet parking but not there tonight. Restaurant not very crowded, in fact no crowds at 5:30 but got a little better later. Ok let's eat. First and to my surprise it's Restaurant Week. Special three course meal for )46. Seems like a no brainer. I started with Lobster Bisque. I couldn't find any lobster and not much flavor. Mrs. E has their Calamari which was ok but she said wouldn't order again. Dinner... I had the rigatoni with wagu meat sauce. This was pretty good and I would definitely have it again. My wife had the braised pork shank which was meh. There was a side but hard to figure out what it was. I know I said no comment to the sister-in-law but she had the salmon. Said she liked it. Just a side note. I hate it when someone says " do you want to taste mine ". NO. If I wanted to taste that I would have ordered it. Now my big, no huge problem. We ordered coffee. Just plain regular coffee. Comes out with a small vase of creamer. The creamer was very chunky. That's right clearly bad. Almost cheese. I pointed it out to our waitress who acknowledged it but left it sitting there for about 5 minutes. A little disgusting. Eventually new coffee and creamer comes back. Oh the view. Well it was dark out so the view was non existent. Not the fault of the restaurant. Will I go back? Maybe, maybe not. I think not.

Driving up to the stand alone restaurant the offered plenty of parking and outside dining which was very attractive and looks relaxing. The young lady was very polite and attentive. She really was helpful as I am a stranger to the menu. I ordered a burger with double meat and everything on it. That was my mistake it wasn't working it was entirely too much. The plain burger caught my eye but I switched from my original thought. I had onion rings and they were cooked a lot different than what I have had in the past. I also had a hotdog. It came plain but that give you condiments. They hotdog was actually good. I just become messy Marvin when I eat hotdogs. I should have gotten ice cream. Maybe next time. The bathroom is pleasantly clean and I love the walls. This was a good experience! If I am in the area I would stop by again
