However - my car, a Corolla driven infrequently and garage kept was not a difficult job. I just wanted a good exterior cleaning and wax and a thorough interior cleaning and with special attention to the upholstery shampoo - which I mentioned on the phone. The job I got was one rung up from the local carwash. No attempt was made to buff out any surface imperfections and the interior is such a disappointment to see every time I get in the car. I could have done a better job with warm water and a shop-vac. The car just wasn't that dirty, so they could have spent a little effort on the few spots on the very durable fabric seats. I think they just didn't bother because it's a little economy car and they had already been paid months ago, so it wasn't important to them. The evening I picked it up, the staff were oohing over an expensive sports car in the lot - I just think they have more interest in flashy cars than in customer service for the average Jane. It's been several weeks since the service, but it still bothers me every time I see the spots on the upholstery.

His prices are the best and I say this because i've gotten my other car tinted other places in Frederick. Arrived at noon and it took no more than two hours. Other places make it seem like it takes forever to get tint done -- not here, I was in and out. Throughout the service he would come in and ask me about certain details on the car to make sure it was exactly how I wanted. He is not pushy at all which I love and he didn't BS me either. The car looks absolutely beautiful. There are no bubbles on the window as he laid the tint very flat. He even put tape on the bouton that controls the windows to remind me not to put them down as they dry. Honestly, it even smelled better when I got in my car - not sure if there was a scent on the tint, but I didn't mind. I would highly recommend.

I did some research online and everything I found was pointing towards 3M crystalline window treatments as the best available to date , I contacted 3M in search of an authorized dealer. 3M provided me the names of a few shops, which I called them all and Auto Trim Designed of Mid Maryland, had the best friendly yet professional customer service out of them all, they fully explained their services and available options over the phone. 2 weeks ago I purchased my 4th and newest VW, so I called Auto Trim Design of Mid Maryland on Wednesday and David set me up for a Saturday appointment. On Saturday, as all the previous times I was greeted with a warm welcome, David went over my window tint options, verifying that my selections had remained the same and 4 hours later, my new 2017 Jetta 3M crystalline window tint was installed, Mike the same technician that completed my 3 previous window tint installs, walked me through my car, making sure that I was satisfied with the job performed, Mike explained the do's and dont's and provided me with a sticker, which I placed on my window controller buttons to remind me not operate the windows. In the past, I had an issue with one of my tents, I showed up to the shop with no appointment or prior phone call, I showed Mike how the windshield stripe had bubbles on the bottom and Mike within 10 minutes successfully corrected the problem, which BTW 2 years later still looks perfect!. I will continue to do business with Auto Trim Design of Mid Maryland because they are serious about what they do, they stand behind their work and have the best prices I found from an authorized 3M dealer\installer.
