I'm a big lover of cashews and pistachios and eat them often. I didn't get anything fancy I just got the roasted cashews from here but let me just say it tasted SO INCREDIBLY good. Idk how they roast or what kind of process makes their roasting different but the roasted cashews I had were SO divine and meaty and warm and just perfect. A lot to say on just one type of nut but truly so so so so distinct and so good!! Yes the place is pricey but from what I got and tried I kind of get it. Yes they have the Dubai chocolate here - didn't get it but have heard great things from here. The customer service was very friendly and the guy at front got me to try some of their tea on my way out. I will have to stock up on this place for my trip back home, cannot belive I didn't come sooner.

The staff doesn't look happy to be there. Other customers ask him questions and he doesn't want to acknowledge them. I walked into the store and he gives me a look as if I'm bothering him when I said hello. This place has so much potential because they have really good treats and there's so much varieties, but just don't ask questions because the staff will make the shop very tense and awkward. I have gotten their halva, Turkish delight and nuts. And they're all very tasty. They also have so much varieties to choose from. They also have many things covered in chocolate.

I'd passed by a few times before, always drawn in by the foliage spilling through the windows, but I was a little skeptical it might lean more toward Instagram gimmick than substance. Happy to report I was wrong. The space is calm, relaxed, and genuinely inviting--more like a neighborhood bar that just happens to have an indoor farm in the back. It almost felt like a coffee shop, but with excellent cocktails. We tried the celery gimlet, farm tini, smash, and bad apple sour--the standout was the celery gimlet. Drinks can run on the pricier side with some that we tried pricing around $20 each, but they exceeded expectations, and the balanced flavors and aesthetic made it feel worth it. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

I tried a beer, they have an interesting selection of beers and they offer full and half sizes which is much appreciated. Also split the Risotto Hashbrown and Mushroom pizza with my friend. Both were very yummy and came with good sauces, the mushroom pizza was just a bit salty so the beer was a good compliment. I would go back again for the pizza and it's a rotating menu so lots of goodies coming out of those ovens :)

Instead customers should buy the items separately and pay by weight. This is what I did today : I bought one piece of salmon $7.95 and some carrots $3.33 for a total $11.28 instead of the meal price of $14. ( I have attached today's receipt for reference) Conclusion : If Whole Foods estimates that the prior meal portions are not profitable enough they should either discontinue the meal offer and customers should pay only by weight or they should bring down the meal price to $11. Simply makes no sense to offer a meal option that is more pricey than the sum of the parts unless they believe that customers are stupid

They eliminated delivery service a few years back and as a result, it prevents me from buying as much as I'd like. I can have groceries delivered via Amazon but I prefer shopping in person myself. I particularly like their seafood department as well as the cheese and produce. The nitpick would be that it sits on top the Gowanus Canal which is a cesspool of polluted water and carcinogens. 5 stars for everything else.

This place is definitely one of my go-tos for cheese if I'm in the area - and they will let you taste/sample cheeses that you're curious about. They also often have samples of one or cheeses, as well as samples of other foods, on a display table near where you enter the store. There's also a good selection of crackers, Jams and preserves, beer,non-alcholic beverages. They sell breads from She Wolf Bakery and they often have cookies from The Good Batch. This is a great place to stop in if you're already in the area but if you're not it's worth making a special trip over just to check it out! Honestly, they know more about cheese than anyone I've ever met, and thanks to them, I walk out with bags of greatness and the promise of an amazing night ahead.
