They also offer bulk options for some of their products, which is helpful if you're not local enough to stop by frequently. I do wish that they could switch their packaging from plastic bags, but I understand why that might not be feasible. Either way, they've got a great selection at a great value!

The smell was herbaceous and woody, but not as pungent as classic botanicas that can overwhelm you with scents of patchouli and incense. We were greeted by Sid and Ziggy, both of whom were laid-back but ready to help at any time. They also gave the shop some down-to-earth vibes which is great when you're a bit more pragmatic like me. We explained to them the one to eight problems we each had and they directed us to teas, herbs, tinctures, and even smokable blends (not my scene but helpful). It was heaven! I left with the Sinus Formula Tea and Golden Tonic. The tea is smooth, round, & tasty, and has been keeping my sinus headaches at bay. I haven't used the tonic as much but every time I add it to my water, my body goes into flush-mode which is great for my body aches and overall gut health. Sid mentioned that there was an online shop for when we have to re-up but this experience is well-worth the trip.

I read about marshmallow root being good for sore throats and coughs and decided to stop in for the dried root as well as a tincture in case the tea was rejected. I also have been suffering from migraines with the change of weather and picked up some peppermint oil. The marshmallow root tea was tasty to me but my little hated it. I opted for the tincture in some juice and it helped break up her cough.
