Overall rating: 4.2 I was going to feel bad for leaving a low review, but after reading the others - seems like it's a common theme. Funny enough, I came here just to waste time. The nail salon next by told me to wait 20 minutes. The line was 20 min plus, with one person manning the cashier. After getting through the line, the items I wanted along with the backups were sold out. I don't understand why they don't mark it off on their board especially after how long it takes. She said you can tell by looking at the glass section, but there are no signs anywhere. She said she had a beans pocket left & since I waited so long, I got it. It was not good. I'm surprised because the items on the menu are very flavorful. So disappointed! And a waste. Please consider a sign of what you're sold out in or clearer labels on what's available.

This is a cute spot to get some pastries (and idk why but also household items) after a run in Prospect Park or just hanging with your friends in PLG. Loves: + The cinnamon roll (I mean how do you not get this!) + Treats galore including: croissants, patties, quiche, bagels, and more Other things to consider: - There are a few tables for outdoor seating and two indoor high tops (but no chairs). - The line felt long at 11am but moved decently unless you're ordering coffee. Overall this is a nice little spot in the area!

Skinny cake slices -esp chocolate on the right..is this normal for $6.50??

Hey all - just bought 2 slices of cake. What do they charge for cake-$6-7 bucks? For a slice...I was kind of expecting a less skinny cut. Is it just me??

I enjoyed a really yummy latte and friendly service at cinnamon girl! I would recommend this spot for buying a unique gift for a friend like skincare and artisan chocolate or picking up an extra ingredient if you're someone who knows their way around the kitchen! The store was fun to stroll around. I would recommend this spot.

They seemed to be annoyed that I was there. I did not feel welcome and I will not be back.

A grocery store too!! So much produce, beer/wine, & dry goods

I'm absolutely in love with this little shop. They have the best variety of items! I was so happy to find out that Cinnamon Girl also sells local provisions. They have a small but fantastic selection of fresh produce, dry products, sauces, wine, beer, and more. ALL of their baked goods are made in NY by the CG company. I am not a vegan but I'm always looking for spots to bring friends who are. Although I did not try their vegan options, I was pleasantly surprised with how many options there were. I'll definitely bring friends back to test/I'll try myself next time. I had a spinach feta quiche that was heated up and ate every bit of it. Absolutely delicious. I was so surprised. I wish I knew this location was here sooner!!

This local coffee shop is amazing! I saw it and knew I had to try it. They make their pastries in-house, the selection is so good and they have vegan options as well. The coffee is great! The owners were personable and made great suggestions based on what I mentioned I like. Definitely a must visit when in the LFG area.

Long peice of foreign hair and pattie all wrapped together.

I don't do many reviews. I walked over because I love my iced Cortado but it was disappointing ordering one of the patties that isn't cheap and upon opening it...being met with a long reddish strand of hair. I hope if I returned, it would be replaced but who knows and that's more work for the customer.

Ask the Community - Cinnamon Girl

Hi everyone out there, I was looking up Cinnamon Girl the one located in Flatbush avenue. I was wondering if anyone could provide me with their phone number? They seem to have forgotten to list it in their description.…

There are no exceptions to this rule. Signing up is also dicey; you have to keep going to their website until there's an opening for orientation, which is rare. I sincerely wish someone would infiltrate this elite organization and destroy it from the inside. Kind of like the Night Manager, but in food-coop form. Park Natural is an all around health store most likely similar to same establishments in other neighborhoods. It's much appreciated to have in the ' hood even though it's been around for years. Let me be candid for a sec. I don't represent myself as a person who subscribes entirely to eating only health, organic, raw or plant foods. However; I do make a concerted effort to maintain a healthy lifestyle which is where the difference lies. Everything or most things in moderation! But back to Park Natural. I love this store simply because they have just about everything from organic veggies/fruits, vitamins, and bottled beverages to skin care items, refrigerated goods and cooked foods. Keep in mind, you'll dig a bit deeply into your pocket to pay for them. Most health food stores are on the expensive end. In other words, to eat well and maintain a healthy lifestyle isn't cheap. It's why fast food joints are inexpensive. How ironic when we are encouraged to be healthy! Park Natural is the kind of store that appeals to everyone in addition to vegetarians which is great because they carry tempeh and seitan. I like those items myself. Situated near the corner of President and Court Streets, the store is spacious and immaculate. I buy all my vitamins here. And it's comparable to a good friend--you may not always visit them, but you know they are there.

It only became worse the very next day when I had to toss 4 of the 5 for being moldy. The 5th one had to be tossed the next day. Contrast that with the 2 x 2lb bags of nectarines and peaches I purchased from Trader Joe's for $10 that were excellent and not moldy. I'll continue to use Park, but only in emergencies and probably not for fresh fruit.

Think going deep into the smaller batch offerings of many local brands in particular like Barrier, Evil Twin, Other Half and Kelso, as well as national stars like Half Acre and Stillwater among others. Its gotten to the point that it often rivals the selection of the excellent Goldstar Beer Counter a block away, minus the growlers. As you can see, whats driving this high rating is chiefly the beer selection, it really might just be quietly one of the best in BK and I hesitate to blow up my own spot but I must give credit where it is due, and its very much due here. Beyond that the place is one of the more bougie "gourmet" delis that are found throughout the metro that generally represent a step or so up from the humble bodega, both in terms of quality/selections of offerings and in pricing. Staff is friendly and efficient and again the beer selection is AMAZING...
