If I could give this place a 0 I would. I paid $80 for a fill in and a Pedicure. Seven days later, 7, all my nails popped off. I have no nails on now. What a horrible job done. I pay too much money here for them to not do an exceptional job! Last time guy cut my toe nail all the way down too short it hurt bad. I had to put Neosporin on for 3 days.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off before Covid I was a regular at D'Vine Nails and the reason I left was that one of the employees dropped a nail light on my shins in the pedicure room, didn't apologize and even started laughing. I had instantly bruised up and actually cried. Right there I decided I'd find another salon to give my business to, however my husband, unknowing about that incident, went and bought me a gift card for Christmas. Covid hit and everything was shut down. When I eventually decided to use my gift card, D'Vine wasn't at first going to honor it because all I had was the receipt from the gift card sale. They ended up deciding I could use it, but only in $10 increments, so basically they wanted to squeeze another $500 out of me by making me come to use my $50 gc, $10 at a time. SO LAME!!! This last visit was what did it for me and what brought on this honest review. The truth hurts but you did this to yourself D'Vine by being so f***ing greedy. I went in yesterday for a POLISH CHANGE and although I did do a fun design with jewels, when I got to the register they charged me $65!!!!! I looked up and they had this smirk on their faces as I asked them how they could charge me $65. They tried telling me it was because of the shape, polish and design. Even with those 3 things, (and I didnt even have them change the shape) it shouldn't have cost $65 dollars!!! That is a rip off and the reason why I will NEVER BE COMING BACK!!!! It's a shame that's how they treat their $30 tippers. I will also be sharing my experience on all social media and with ALL my Plainfield/Shorewood/Naperville friends. I would NEVER want them to be treated the way I was.

D'Vine Nails is my nail destination, and Jolie is the absolute best!

I've been going to this salon for the past 2 years religiously. Joli is the best and my favorite to work with, she's an artist!

Immediately after leaving the salon (acrylic fill with no chip polish)

I wanted to like this salon so bad. The reviews were great so I decided to try it out. In terms of post-covid treatment, the salon is small and the waiting area is still chairs lined up touching each other, where they encourage guests to wait. When it was my turn, the nail tech tried to seat me directly next to another lady getting her nails done. The two tables are touching each other, with a thin plastic-like material as the only barrier to the person sitting 2 feet away. When you first walk in, they make you put on hand sanitizer. There is no screening questionnaire or temperature check. After proceeding with the acrylic fill with no chip polish, I was fairly pleased with the results. The only complaint is she started painting pretty far above the cuticle, which made it seem like the nails were grown out. After 3 days, two of my fingers had chipped. After making the 30 minute drive back to get them fixed, there was no kind of apology offered. When I asked for a gift card as compensation, I was told that they had fixed the nails for free and that's all they could do. Overall, in terms of sanitation, friendliness, and quality, I will not be returning to this salon.

Highly recommended!!! This will be my new choice in nail salons! I made a last minute appointment, because the nail salon I had visited earlier in the day was a terrible experience. This place was professional, understanding, and did a beautiful job on my nails!!! They didn't make me wait hardly at all. The other customers that I spoke with while waiting, told me that they go there frequently and have always had a great experience with them. I have three young adult daughters that I will be recommending this place to. Driving location was easy to get to and I parked right in front of the salon. No hassle at all! They also were able to help me repair a vertical split thumb nail and cover it with polish. You can't even tell that it is split! My nail polish goes down to the cuticles, just like it should. I don't even have any bubbles in the polish, which occurred at the place I went to prior to here. They took their time, making sure to file before and after the polish was applied. Skin and cuticle care was also done. I had a design put on one nail on each hand. My total was $40. I am a happy customer!

I have been coming here for years and I'm never disappointed. I moved out of Plainfield last year and still drive 30 minutes to get my nails done because I won't go anywhere else. Tom and Jolie are the best. I will never go to another nail salon because this place is the Best! Jolie did my nails today and I showed her a picture and she matched it to the tee.

Very professional all the time! Always do my nails as I request. Have many very detail oriented workers. Clean salon too.

I had my nails done on Friday and on Saturday my nails (two) had broken. The customer service was terrible.

A few hours later, I arrived and Hanna was my nail tech. I got my old no chip/gel removed and replaced for $43. The color I chose was a deep burgundy, almost dark brown/purple, not too far from my usual preferred colors in the fall. It was ZGel 84 "Camp Ground." The salon was pretty full, and I was seated promptly at a station next to another client. There were two stations side by side that flanked the side wall. The other wall were pedicure chairs. This seemed like a popular place, and while it's not a hot-hand-towels sort of place, it was a good quality mani for a decent price. Hanna took her time and carefully filed and shaped my nails to the shaped I preferred, and was gently with my one broken nail that was a little shorter than the others. There are TVs with cooking shows playing (perfect, for me) and I was in/out without issue. I was satisfied with my mani and Bella Nora seems like a reliable salon! Judging by the good reviews (which is how I found and chose this place) and the quality of their services, I will be back!

But she was patient and answered all of my questions putting my mind at ease. Her salon is clean and well equipped. She is a true artist and my brows came out perfect! I just had them done yesterday so I can't speak to how long they will last but I can tell you that you can go to Bojana with utter confidence in her skill level. Heres what happens for those of you wondering. The entire process took a little over an hour. I was taken into a private room where I laid on a table under a bright light. Bojana used a phone app to check my brows for symmetry, she then measured and marked where she would add the color. She provided a mirror for me to check what was happening and showed me her markings. The next 5 or so minutes of prepwork did hurt, it felt like scrapping your skin with something sharp, but not intolerable. She then applied a numbing cream for 10 minutes which is a real blessing. I didn't feel anything after that. She filled in the brows and then applied some tint that had to sit for 10 minutes, that burned a little, again not intolerable. She then provided me with some aftercare instructions. That evening my brows were a little sore, kind of felt like a mild sunburn, so I put on some antibacterial ointment with pain relief which helped. Right now they are a little dark but I know they will fade. Couldn't be happier with the results!

A pedicure and an acrylic full set. Pedicure went amazing. But when it came to my full set, I have never seen acrylic be laid the way the tech did it. She started at the bottom of the nail and pulled it towards my cuticle area. I had acrylic laying all the way on the side of the my nails, onto my skin. And I had acrylic build up under my nails that she hadn't cut off. It was globs of acrylic that covered the points of my fingers. After asking the tech to fix it twice, she got frustrated and had the male at the front desk come over. He told her she needed to narrow the nails. Still, it wasn't fixed but I stayed polite and continued to tell her it wasn't right. She got frustrated and told me, "you don't like it, I'll take it off and you'll go with someone else", she continued to repeat that 3 times even after I said okay I understand. She removed the nails and I had acrylic all over my sweater and hands. At this point, I had multiple cuts on my fingers and my nails hurt. The second tech tried to fix it, and they were okay. But all the nails were different lengths (the thumb nails were way longer than the other fingers), some don't fit the whole width of my nails and not once was I asked to wash my hands to remove the access acrylic. I wish I would have taken pictures of the dried acrylic on my hands but by the end of the appointment, I was in tears from frustration and I had been there for almost 3 hours. I wanted to love this place but unfortunately I will not be returning.
