Worst nail salon iv ever been too. Overpriced for their quality and not the slightest bit gentle. I got a manicure and a pedicure, the pedicure she cut my toe twice, and the manicure I got acrylics. She cut my hand at least 8 times, the nails are crooked and uneven. The only thing that was good was the design. The next day the "no chip polish" chipped badly not even 24 hours after. i went in today with my daughter and completely had my day ruined. horrible nail experience, first world problems - i know. i get it. but if i'm going to be spending extra money i expect to have great customer service experience. i paid for the "rock and rose" pedicure. it's $45 and supposed to be great. she hardly trimmed my cuticles - then i asked her to take care of one area on my big toe that hurts me and she again, half assed it, ignoring my problem (this is when i found out she doesn't speak or understand english) this was the fies of my issues. i was supposed to have rose petals in the water - didn't get that. mud mask - didn't get that. essential oils - didn't get that. basically i had warm (not hot) stones that she banged up against my ankles so hard i wanted to cry. i told her to stop with the stones and she continued.... again because she didn't understand anything i was saying. then she went on to polish and it looked like my 6 year old polished them. i was so upset i had her remove the polish. during all of this i had 4 nails that needed my no chip removed. she didn't file first and almost forgot to take them off, i had to remind her to do it. then she grabbed the drill (that they use for people's toes) and burnt me. i had to finish by removing the polish with a file myself. i was with my daughter so i kept my mouth shut and didn't blow up like i wanted to. yet i was still charged the $45 for my basic pedicure i received. thankfully my daughters nails/toes were fine and she was happy. I seriously wanted to love this place! I walked in with high hopes after reading all of the incredible Yelp reviews (five-star, no less), however I have to admit that after my experience, I'm skeptical of said reviews. It is true - this place is beautiful. Very polished, lots of chairs, and even a bar area (though I didn't understand if they could serve alcohol or if it was just for show or for events). The pedicure area is huge, chandeliers throughout the building, and flat screen tvs on. The service (and quality), however, is where it was lacking for us. We booked appointments for three people for a Thursday at 6:30pm. We were told there wasn't time for no-chip (bummer), and when we arrived, we waited several minutes before we were sat down. The three of us headed to the pedicure area...and waited. One of us had someone come right away - I waited over 20 minutes, and the third in our group waited another 5-10 after me. We scheduled these far enough in advance that we didn't expect to wait until the water was literally cold and the massage chairs had gone through a full rotation! I've been through my fair share of pedicures and manicures, and I'm always surprised when Nail Tech's have to use their own nails to get polish off their clients. Mine in particular used his nails to remove lots of polish off my skin (both the pedicure and manicure) - but it wasn't effective enough, as I went home with a toe that was tinted red from all the polish that was wiped off onto it and not cleanly removed. To top it off, he was so overzealous with cleaning up my excess skin, that one of my fingers started bleeding and wouldn't stop - and it HURT! He was VERY nice so I hate to speak negatively but the service wasn't good. A few other surprises: we didn't get asked to pay until AFTER the manicures were over, so I had to dig around in my purse for my credit card - most places have you pay ahead of time to avoid this. Also, my sister's nail tech completely smudged one of her fingers, and didn't even address it...she had to ask him to fix it, and it was very noticeable! For $42, I'd never return here for service. The only reason I'd return is for a possible event, due to the size and how nice it is inside - but unless there was a steep discount for a group, I'd still steer clear. read more

This review is really in response to a poor review I recently saw regarding the lack of hygiene practices. I'm very cautious when I go out of the house due to covid and having a young baby at home. They immediately have you use hand sanitizer upon entering. There IS a questionnaire regarding travel, symptoms, etc. Perhaps the previous poor review did not complete it. Yes, there is plexiglass between you, the person sitting next you and the nail tech. If you are concerned about being close to people during this time, getting your nails done is probably an oxymoron. The only reason you would be sat directly next to someone is because they are busy -- and good for them!!!! I always get a no chip and on average it has successfully lasted 3-3.5 weeks!! Other salons I've tried, I'm lucky if my no chip manicure lasts a week and half before chipping/lifting. Also, there pedicures are bar none!! Fantastic salon WITH clean practices! read more

Since ownership has changed (back in the summer) the quality of service has taken a tremendous turn for the worse. My nails break/ peel off even on a fresh set after only 1 fill in 2 weeks. Pedicures are mediocre at best and I'm not basing this off of 1 visit. Each time I have expressed my dissatisfaction I was told "next time ask for so & so" and I always returned with an open mind bc I have literally been going here for years. Today was the final straw. I went in for an eyebrow wax and it was unlike anything I've ever experienced. Not only were they waxed so thin, but they are not straight and one is significantly shorter than the other! I immediately expressed how unhappy I was and a 2nd lady tried to fix them but there was not very much brow left to work with. The worst part wasn't that I was walking out with one and a half eyebrows but they insisted I pay for it!! read more

The Salon looks good, clean well kept. The service is another story. I've been there 4 times in the past year and every time I go in back to the Pedicure Chairs, they fill them with water and a foot soak solution, then walk away for at least 30 minutes, by he time they return the water is cold. The ladies doing the Pedis don't make conversation with you but instead talk to each other in their native language. For the basic pedi, they soak your feet, clip your nails, barely scrub your dry skin or calluses, rub on some lotion, apply a hot towel and paint your toe nails. If you want your feet scrubbed or calluses removed, you have to pay for the upgraded service which is $10 more, while other Nail Salons include that in their basic price. Nice place but service can improve. read more

I've been looking for a nail place in the area for a while and today was the first time i tried this one and i liked it a lot. Came around 10:30 and they took me right away for a basic pedicure, wasn't too busy. Very clean, use all new equipment and cover the tubs which i like. Every other place I've been to is so rushed with pedicures (especially the massage) but she took her time and did a nice job. I would recommend this place (not sure how it is when it's busy). Will be looking into it to have my bridal party come for manis pedis before the wedding :) read more

Came in for the second time today. Made an appointment and got right in for a pedicure. Both visits were decent. The spa is very clean, and the staff seems friendly. I decided to get the pamper me pedicure. The first time I just went with the basic and this time I am glad I made a different choice. I am not sure who the tech was doing the pedicure, but the massage was a little too much pressure. I think he realized the pressure was a bit much and once he let up, it was a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back. read more

I will never go here again. I do not mind paying extra for great quality, however, they are way over priced for the quality of service you receive. I got a no chip pedicure and gel nails with no chip on top. The guy totally messed up my polish on my toes adding a design that I did not want. I told him to take it off and he just sat and complained about how long it would take him to take it off. The other technicians and him started talking in another language and then he said that "that's life"! Very unprofessional. My polish on my hands is bubbly and uneven. I literally walked out of there and drove to another salon to "fix" what I just paid 100$ for. Ridiculous! read more

Came here for the first time today and got the Rock and Rose pedicure that included a scrub and hot stone massage for legs and feet. I went with the higher end service because I live hot stone massages and wanted to treat myself to a little something extra. My nail tech seemed crabby and never said a word to me first of all. She barely cleaned up the nails, I felt her brush past several types pretending to clean underneath by the tool never even touched the nail! The hot stones might have been the worst and weirdest part. Instead massaging, she dug the hot stones between my toes and pushed them into the bottom of my feet. Ouch! They did a great job with my nails (no-chip manicure and regular pedicure) but the price is misleading. I paid $64 for the no-chip mani and regular pedi which is what I paid when I lived in the city. Not that it's totally a big deal but when yelp shows one dollar sign, I was expected to pay a little less. The nail tech was great and did the no-chip just how I like it (one finger of polish then its put under the light and so on). They did have some obnoxious man walking around who I assume was fixing something in the back? Killed the vibe. read more

I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. I was surprised by how posh and inviting it was, and I really wanted to love it here. The pedicure was excellent, it was very relaxing and she did a great job all around on it. The manicure is where I had the issues. The station we sat at was right next to another person getting their nails done. I have no problems with this, except that she seemed more interested in talking to the other stylist than doing my nails. Their playful banter was cute and fun, but later that day it was obvious that she had paid little attention to the manicure. My nails are horribly uneven. She trimmed them, but only filed away the rough edges instead of evening them out. As a result at least half my nails are longer on one side than the other with dips in the middle. There are also obvious bumps in my nail from where she clipped them but didn't file it enough. I got a french manicure and the white portion is uneven on several nails and on some it isn't a very clean edge. It just looks sloppy. Because of my job I have to wash my hands constantly, but I can usually get a manicure to last about a week before they start chipping, even at home manicures. I had a week off for vacation, so no excessive hand-washing and this manicure didn't even last 24 hours. That evening my pinky nail on my left hand was already chipped, and I hadn't even done anything all day! This is now 3 days after my visit and I already have to remove the polish. Over half my nails are horribly chipped. I feel like it was just a huge waste of money, I could have done a better job myself. read more

This place is great! I will definitely be coming back. I went at 9:30 a.m on a Thursday. The inside is decorated beautifully. It's very modern and chic looking. I got a no chip manicure. It was similar in pricing to the other salons in the area. It cost $37.00. They had so many colors to choose from. All of the staff was very polite. They asked if I wanted tea or water. I like that they go that little bit extra to make it feel more spa like. They also offer waxing, fake eyelashes, and cosmetic tattoo. read more

I was very disappointed of the quality this last time that I had my nails done. Had gone to this salon a few times before. Didn't get anything fancy, just French tip gel. A few days after I had it done, the tips started to have a tarnish look about it. Thought perhaps I could scrub it off but no amount of scrubbing worked. As the week progress, it got worst. I am not a smoker nor do I work with any harsh chemicals but my nails would tell you a different story. I also had my toe nails done too at this visit and after a week, they started chipping off. For the amount of money I spent, my toe nail polish should last much longer and the French tips should not be discolored. Sure their display features Opi products but I can't say if that was what was used on my nails. In short, I will not be returning to this salon even though it's the closest location to me. read more

I'm giving three stars because their pedicures are 5 star, but nails are 2 stars. Let me start by saying, literally the BEST pedicure in town. Absolutely amazing, so relaxing and the techs really take their time, making sure you get your money's worth. Nails on the other hand I can't really say. A little pricy, and not exactly worth it in my opinion. I've gotten a few fills/full sets that weren't the greatest even after showing them what I want and explaining to them. Then once I got those taken off, I thought I'd give their no chips a try. My nails were all chipped by the third day. I called and they were more than happy to fix them but they still don't really look that great. So if you get pedicures, this is most definitely the place and I'll never go anywhere else for one. I went for my very first time today. D'vine nails was recommended to me by my coworker so I thought I would give it a try! It was very nice and clean they started with me as soon as I got their. The nail tech was friendly. When he asked me to show him a picture of what I wanted because I took one off of their Facebook page he said he couldn't do it because he didn't know how, and I guess none of the other workers knew how either because he kept on asking them for help and the guy that usually does all the designs was on vacation. I ended up getting white no chip with a bow and he had to run to the back to ask how to put it on. That really distracted him because he forgot to wipe my nails afterwards so they were all sticky the receptionist had to finish them for me! I'm not dissatisfied with them but for $42 I think they could be better. I'll probably give them one more shot I was recommend to go with Brian or Kyle so I'll try one of them next time! read more
