We were both running on Samsung Galaxy S3's..so it's been a couple of years since we got new phones. To our dismay, our store associate, Mike A. Jones, told us that AT&T no longer offers free phones with upgrades. However, he was able to look into our account and realized that we were on a legacy plan which wasn't saving us any money! He switched us to the new plan with more data, tossed in the two new phones (Galaxy 6'), and in the end, our bill will be comparable to what I was currently paying. I always love when sales associates find the best deals for customers even if it means that it won't affect their commission much. That was awesome. Mike was also kind enough to transfer over my mother's photos from her old phone (she only had about 500) to the new one when that service is typically not offered. So, in the end my mom and I got: 2 Galaxy 6', 2 protective cases, and 1 screen protector (which Mike so graciously installed onto my phone). All in all...this was a long visit to the store. SO GLAD that they have chairs and tables in the store! However, Mike's friendly and non-overbearing nature made the upgrade process smooth. Just wish that this could be my AT&T store home, but I live in MD and mom lives about 45min away from this location!

The store manager Bjeon B said it would be 5.99 per month and today the store employee Yoel said it should be 5.99 per month and ATT bill shows 16.67 and it all depends on the plan you have. Older plans do not qualify after the store manager and employee's tell you it does qualify. Don't believe them, ATT will bill you a larger amount and will not stand by the store!

I switched back to Verizon two weeks ago and the coverage is perfect. I do deliveries I do Uber eats GrubHub and DoorDash and run all three apps at the same time and never had a problem with Verizon. All the other carriers T-Mobile AT&T they all crashed when I run the apps like that never had an issue with Verizon wonderful service great coverage the best coverage of any carrier.

I ended up hopping on Yelp, went into the search area, and had it send my issue out to vendors on the site. In a short time, they responded back to me, started the dialogue, and told me what the issue would be. He broke it down in simple and easy steps. When I followed it, it was exactly what he said it would be, a bad screen. Based on that, I told him to order me a screen. When the screen came in, I was called by the technician. At the store, the tech greeted me, told me he would have the computer fixed the following day. Which is exactly what he did do. Overall I am impressed by the business and the willingness to diagnose an issue without me even giving them a cent. They were fast, gave me a warranty, and I will certainly use them in the future if the need ever arises.
