Although, yes, this happened to me just now. His excuse was, HUNGER!!!! I literally heard him tell this to another employee that pleaded with him to calm down while he was yelling at us. My father and I left as I said loudly, yet more politely than he was. Unfortunately I have to return with my mother, as the phone is under her name, but I can certainly promise you, that I will not at all be speaking to that rude boy. We were not sure that we wanted to switch, but he carefully explained the advantages of TMobile. We were not able to complete the setup because we had the incorrect Apple Password. When we returned two days later to complete the setup we found that this location was temporarily closed because an employee tested Covid 19 positive. We went to the Military Trail Delray Beach location. There Yvette helped us complete the setup. She was also knowledgeable and helpful. These two representatives (Sonny at West Boynton and Yvette at Delray Beach) made us feel very welcome and happy that we switched to TMobile. I recently needed to get my…read morewife's screen replaced on a 14 pro max to complete a trade in, and I called at least a dozen providers. I was getting nowhere on a reasonable price, as most were quoting 285-300. I finally gave up and had set an appt with iTech, as they didn't have the screen in stock I was forced to wait a week, and they told me very specifically they would have it Wednesday so I had arranged for my wife to be there Thursday morning. When calling that morning to confirm, I was then told maybe they'd have it later that day, and they wanted me to wait longer. The problem was that I had already started porting all my numbers and upgrading phones over to T mobile, and I had some time set aside later in the day on Thursday to complete everything, but I needed my wife's phone to not have a cracked front screen. So I call Sam at A1 Mobile Solutions, and he tells me he has it in stock, and my wife can be there in 30mins. Perfect! As she was already up that way, which is why I had scheduled everything the way I had. I assumed this would still cause a delay in our schedule, but Sam got the job done much faster than I was quoted everywhere else (1-2 hrs) and only took him 15-20 minutes, and for a bit less $ than everyone else too! My wife and him also hit it off having a conversation about homeschooling, as he was just recently starting to consider it, and we all felt like this was serendipity. Half the reason I'm writing this review is for personal reference, so if I ever need a screen repaired again I'll be able to easily find Sam through my review history. I am updating my prior four star review from seven years ago to a solid five stars…read more I had an appointment this morning for a new device setup and they took me fifteen minutes early! Adelese quickly checked me in and I only waited about five minutes. Andre came to assist me, and he put my screen protector on for me. I am just not good with these things. He processed my payment for my car charger, screen protector & a few other things I needed. He was awesome. Very helpful & more importantly, very nice to work with. Adelese was amazing as well. She transferred my contacts, pictures, etc & she answered all of my questions. By the time I left the store I felt like I made a new friend. Adelese was very good at explaining some of the phones features to me & she was knowledgeable about my new phone which was a huge relief to me. I am technically challenged so I can use all the help I can get. The store is clean, most of the employees were wearing a mask and they all worked together as a team. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service I received this morning. I went from using an ancient S7 to the new S22 & I love it. I have been putting off my upgrade for a few years because my S7 was and still is working beautifully. A little slow but I loved that phone. This is a corporate store so you will be in good hands. Appointments are not mandatory anymore but I highly recommend making one. It's just easier, in my opinion anyway. I noticed the reviews aren't very good but I have only had positive experiences here.
