When I went back today, the ride salesman told me that now my battery and front glass are both bad and needing to be replaced. When I got upset he told me he could call the cops and they can settle it. I didn't have any issues prior to the replacement of the back glass. The salesman wanted to charge me 70 (a discount) for the back glass and 95 for a new battery. When I asked him to just put my phone back together he got upset and threatened to call the cops. Then he told me to call the corporate number which was his number. When I called the owner to explain the situation, the phone went silent and he won't answer the phone again. Do not go!

He said he was too busy to tell me. I was annoyed by his attitude but stayed calm, and he said he could order the battery and it would be there the next day by 1 pm. It was not. Screen never did stop flashing. If I had a medical condition to strobing lights I would had a seizure for sure. Long story short dropped it less than three feet while inside an otterbox box case on it, and the screen breaks, and although I have never had a screen break before, the screen has stopped working in the past and when someone has replaced a screen for me, they've thrown in a screen protector. Guess Jay didn't want to extend me that courtesy, He only made $200 in profit selling me Chinese garbage that never worked in the first place, and a used battery(Also, A RIP OFF) that barely had any life in it. I recently needed to get my…read morewife's screen replaced on a 14 pro max to complete a trade in, and I called at least a dozen providers. I was getting nowhere on a reasonable price, as most were quoting 285-300. I finally gave up and had set an appt with iTech, as they didn't have the screen in stock I was forced to wait a week, and they told me very specifically they would have it Wednesday so I had arranged for my wife to be there Thursday morning. When calling that morning to confirm, I was then told maybe they'd have it later that day, and they wanted me to wait longer. The problem was that I had already started porting all my numbers and upgrading phones over to T mobile, and I had some time set aside later in the day on Thursday to complete everything, but I needed my wife's phone to not have a cracked front screen. So I call Sam at A1 Mobile Solutions, and he tells me he has it in stock, and my wife can be there in 30mins. Perfect! As she was already up that way, which is why I had scheduled everything the way I had. I assumed this would still cause a delay in our schedule, but Sam got the job done much faster than I was quoted everywhere else (1-2 hrs) and only took him 15-20 minutes, and for a bit less $ than everyone else too! My wife and him also hit it off having a conversation about homeschooling, as he was just recently starting to consider it, and we all felt like this was serendipity. Half the reason I'm writing this review is for personal reference, so if I ever need a screen repaired again I'll be able to easily find Sam through my review history.
