Went in for a pedicure and got a short acrylic set, my toes came out cute but she did not scrub my dead skin off of my feet that well. I paid for the deluxe pedi so I expected a good scrub so my feet could be smooth, and the hot towel she used was really hot it was burning my feet. She made me bleed on my cuticles because the drill bit was kinda harsh, washing my hands hours later kinda burned still from my cuticles being cut too harshly. Overall paid $75 for feet and short acrylic, just wished my feet were scrubbed better and she was gentle with the drill, the nails came off 6 days later, the cuts on my cuticles lasted longer than the actual nails :/ read more

Mary the store owner is one of the nicest nail salon owners I have met. The location is a bit tricky at first but it's a new store. She does great quality work and she's open to making appointments to meet your particular needs. I also like the fact that the shop is open pretty late. The fact that it wasn't busy she was taking her time doing my nails but the turn out was great. She wasn't too rough on my nails realizing that they actually are attached to me. Sometimes I leave nail salons with my nails sore but not here ! I have one other usual nail salon I go to and it's just really nice to have another option. I will definitely be coming back. Everyone there is just as sweet and attentive. My husband will come with me and though he doesn't get anything done, he gets to sit on the massaging chair which he loves as he waits for me. I went twice to this location today and was greeted with the same very rude tone. The first time I came around 1, and they were busy, which completely understandable for the hour. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted kindly, but once I said I wanted a pedicure, it was as though they wanted me to leave. I was told, in an almost angry tone, that the wait was too long, way too long and to come back at 5:00 pm. I said okay, thank you. And I left. Since I live in Clovis I decided to come back around that time later. Before I left, I decided to call and askif they had openings, and was told "yes we do. Just go ahead and come by" and so I left and drove right over. Let me start by saying that I understand that they were busy and that due to COVID they are not able to handle to regular number of people for services as they normally could. I knew all this coming in and I would have had absolutely no problem waiting, but the hostility in tone when I walked in - for the second time- was the same as before. "What are you here for? We are very busy, you wait one hour. You wait for one hour. We are too busy." And then she shook her head at me as I said, "okay, thank you. I don't mind waiting." I didn't mind waiting for one hour. I understood she must have been frustrated because they were busy and not able to handle the same number of people as usual. HOWEVER, while waiting, other people started to come in, also without appointments and asking for the same services, they were greeted VERY kindly in comparison to what I received, and asked to "please sit down", and told "it would just take a little while". I didn't understand why I was spoken to with such hostility- not once, but twice. At first I thought that must have just been her voice or understandable frustration, until the same woman spoke to others much kinder. I didn't say or act rude once. It was as though they didn't want MY business. After I witnessed that multiple times, I left. I would not come back here or recommended this place to anyone. read more

I initially wanted a mani/pedi. They said they'll start on my pedi.. but will let me know about my manicure. Ok? The selection of colors for regular polish is very small. My pedicure took 20 minutes. She rushed through the whole thing. And there was a point where I think the massage chair was moving me too much so she reached over and actually turned off the massage on the chair. She didn't even politely warn me. And her "massage" consisted of rubbing a very tiny amount of oil on each leg for like 10 seconds. She didn't even put any lotion or oil on the foot. Oh, and to top it off she quickened the drying time by fanning my feet with a piece of cardboard. Good Lord. I've gone through tons of pedicures and this was my first time here. This place did the job. Not well but they did it so I gave a 2 star. I had my fingers super glued to the plastic nail. Chunks of acrylic were left over, and they were wider than needed. I was rushed to a cold pedicure bath just to wait. I damaged my polish while pulling up my own pant leg just to get in the full bath. Then the pedicure was the worst. Started off cold. No cleanser blue stuff, she starts doing my toes. I told her I have in browns, tmi, but usually the pedicurist is on it. This one went around them and didnt offer to help. I usually tip big for it too. But no. I dont feel refreshed at all. Then she did the foot cleaning, ok cool, then she scraped the cuticles,...I'm used to clipping and scraping, well ok...then she painted....I must say I'm not a pro but something wasnt right...I still had cuticle.and ingrown and then, after the paint, she lotioned and hot towels. I like this place. The only problems with this place is that there's only one person who does manicure and they have 6 people who's does pedicure. Its took my cousins and sister 6 hours to finish our nails. I didn't get the dip powder but my cousin and the gel top coat came off the next day. I got the. Acrylic powder. I liked my nails a lot. I regret and wish I would have waited. She trimmed my real nails so short and actually cut the nail side of my pinky too high. The employee I had was also very rough when filing my nails and I have a small cut near my cuticle. My acrylic set came out ok, but I won't be returning.
