I feel now confident that I am safe and will only click on unsolicited messages if I know the senders. The quality of the work was excellent, and I am glad to have done it to ensure that my computer system is safe to use and that I am protected from intrusions.

Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity).
