Took over an hour to get our food for only 4 people... staff was friendly but we waited way too long for our food!

Delicious brunch spot! Loved the pancakes and the grits casserole especially. The service was great and it was a perfect morning brunch spot. read more

They did not disappoint. Great service with great food. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I almost never leave 5 stars. They deserve this. I had breakfast with pancakes, eggs, sausage and hash brown casserole Great job read more

I was in town visiting my family and celebrating my birthday and decided I wanted to get some brunch this morning and I liked what I saw on the menu. When I walked in I saw one of the employees asleep in a booth and they just looked at me and my friend like they didn't want us to be there and the food was below average and the server had such a negative attitude. I also watched one of the employees take her weave off while sitting 10 feet from me. I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone they need changes in almost every aspect from customer service and food quality. read more

I would've left 3.5 stars if I could but I understand they were short staffed the day we stopped in for breakfast during our road trip. The place was smoky from the kitchen so I wish I hadn't come out smelling like food but the food was pretty good. The owner was cool and even sat and talked with us. I would recommend it to others. Nice local spot for breakfast. The pancakes were my favorite. read more

Fantastic food, clean facilities, and great conversation! Mom and I stopped through on our way out of town and wanted an easy, to-go breakfast. After looking through the menu, the lady who took my order recommended the waffle BLFGT as "to-go-able." What is the BLFGT, you ask? Well at D'Cracked Egg, it's a fantastic BLT with a twist- instead of regular tomatoes, it's made with fried green tomatoes, sandwiched between two triangle waffle pieces, and topped with a maple aioli that's sweet with a little heat. Tater tots came on the side, and it was all so delicious and hot. The food took a few minutes to prepare, and while I waited, the owner of the restaurant came out and talked to me for a while. They just had their 1 year anniversary of being open, and I'm hoping they'll be open for MANY years to come. Definitely would go back to Tupelo just for this sandwich. read more

D'Cracked Egg - Waffle BLFGT- yum!! - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Tupelo, Mississippi

Great food great service. Stopped in for Saturday brunch. Nice atmosphere. Owner and staff was very welcoming. I ordered the pancakes, scrambled eggs hash-brown casserole and bacon. Delicious!!! My husband had the chicken and waffles and grits. It only came with 2 chicken tenders but it was good. They also have a full bar that was very tempting. read more

Overall good food. Service was good and location was nice. The only problem was that they were out of several things we wanted. You would think a breakfast restaurant wouldn't run out of biscuits. I understand the supplier shortage right now, but you should have a work around for some essential missing items. May give this another chance when I'm passing through on vacation again read more

Nice little place in downtown Tupelo. If you haven't been to Tupelo in awhile, they have done a lot of work to revive downtown and this restaurant is one shining example of the types of boutique businesses moving in there. The food was good but the service was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the pace was a bit slow for the amount of traffic they had that morning. read more

Delicious food!! Great host. We got pancakes & omelette. My mother in law even liked her food and she's difficult to please.

Food was amazing! Pancakes & French toast absolutely delicious. Service was fantastic, and the prices were unbelievably reasonable and fair. If you ever visit Tupelo, but this on your list of breakfast places! read more

The food was decent. My eggs Benedict was over cooked and hard in the center and they used cheap thin sandwich ham instead of a real ham slice and my partner was disappointed with the size of the waffle breakfast for $13+. Service was okay but it took forever to get our food with only a couple tables on a Wednesday late morning and we waited almost 15 minutes after finishing our meal before walking to the register and asking to pay. We really wanted the fried green tomatoes and chicken and waffles but we're not made aware that their fryer system was down and only griddle items were available when we were seated. We had already gotten drinks otherwise we would have left because they had none of the items we actually came in for. We rarely eat out and we're just passing through on our way to Pensacola so we were splurging looking for a good southern breakfast. The other thing that really upset me was all the prices we were charged were at least $1 more than on the menu but I didn't know that because the gal never brought our receipt and when I went to pay she just gave me a total without a receipt. I didn't realize the discrepancy on pricing until after I asked for a receipt after paying. Overall I can't recommend this place though the location is nice in the heart of downtown. read more

Delicious food served by a friendly staff. Omelets were cooked perfectly. Bacon was nice and crisp. Great place for breakfast!

First customers to order after they opened. It took awhile but they brought my husband's blt and he said it was good. He finished his meal before they brought mine. I ordered the egg salad with no cheese. They brought me a salad with cheese and no egg. When I asked where is the egg the waitress said she didn't think I wanted any. She said the kitchen had a lot going on. She said no problem she'd get me egg. I ate the lettuce around the cheese and we left after 20 plus minutes waiting for the egg. Another couple seated after us got up and walked out and said 'we can't wait this long for food'. The one star was because the blt was good. read more

This was a great find on our way through town. Food was excellent. Eggs Benedict were great and the hollandaise was one of the best I've had. Chocolate gravy reminded me of my Mema's. Huevos Omelet was so flavorful and you can never go wrong with the short stack; pancakes had a crispy edge which is always a bonus and the amount of food was incredible. Only criticism I can give is that their biscuits did not hold up to the gravy, and were thin. Servers were prompt and friendly. The environment was southern and homey. read more

Wow! Great breakfast. The cheesy potatoes were amazing. Thanx Brianna for taking such good care of us.

1) very poor service 2) breakfast food was terrible - ordered short stack with eggs bacon and hash brown casserole and the absolute worst I've ever had (not sure how to mess that up) 3) price did not reflect the menu (over priced) 4) will never be back and I do not recommend to anyone read more

Solid breakfast food. I had the waffle breakfast with scrambled eggs, biscuit and bacon. All were very good. Brought out hot and fast. Service was very good. Very friendly. Try out this place if you're looking for Brunch!! The food was delicious! French toast, pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, coffee, hash brown casserole and country potatoes were all delicious. I didn't care for the biscuits, don't think they are homemade but the gravy was good! The service was great, even had a visit and coffee refill by the owner himself while the waitress was serving others. It is a cool place, we enjoyed the jazz music playing and the friendly atmosphere! We will definitely go back! read more

We arrived at 10:37 am, food came out at 11:20. Scrambled egg was not scrambled, bacon half cooked and very greasy. Hash brown casserole--dod they bake it at? Pancakes were very good. Bathroom was nasty. Floor felt sticky around our table. Service was sweet and tried but couldn't overcome the poor management issues. Our first and last visit. Not worth it. read more

my order was brought out incorrectly twice and multiple sides were forgotten. 2/3 orders were incorrect. The people were very pleasant but the service has room for a lot of improvement. The music and atmosphere did not match the costumers they were serving. the music was mainly rap (not that rap isn't amazing) and a large portion of the costumers were middle aged to older people. The food was a meh, not the best, bacon was good but the eggs were a little watery and the biscuits were grainy. Had to request napkins no less than four times. Lovley people but would not recommend if you're looking for a nicer breakfast. read more

Service was very slow even though it was almost empty. I got eggs Benedict and while the food was ok, it was kinda plain and very small portion size for the price. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but I was not impressed. read more

I wish I would have taken a picture of our food! It was incredible matched with incredible service! We each has the short stack: pancakes were fluffy and delicious, eggs cooked to perfection, and the hash brown casserole was some of the best I've ever had. I was just passing through but I guarantee if I'm passing through again I'll be stopping again. read more

Wait was 45 minutes which also turned into an hour and 30 and just kept going up when only 10 people were seated

Do your customers a favor. If you change your hours, or decide to be completely closed on certain days, update your hours online. Otherwise people have to drive all the way to your location only to find that you're closed. It's terrible customer service, inconvenient for your customers, and just plain rude. Completely unprofessional. read more

Another Saturday Brunch with the kiddos. I had the GumTree Omelette (off menu) that was delicious. Kids had the Chicken and Waffles with hot syrup and the Grilled Pork Chop.
