I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. I used Petin Delgadillo as my agent. Petin did a fantastic job and made my buying experience enjoyable and had my vehicle delivered without delay. I would definetly recommend this delearship to others and Petin for any future purchases. Bruce and Mary Williams read more

Well, Tony is gone, and now so am I. Tony retired-ish and is now back on his own (thank goodness). I was willing to give the new account manager a try as I got closer to trade in. But the lack of actual attention and care... Horrid. Pushed something I was open to, but never once opened my current account to see how I was set up and what my payments or anything looked like prior to insisting on needing to do a credit pull to see how much the potential new vehicle would cost. Would've known wouldn't be remotely interested given where I was at. So cool, now a pull on my credit that was entirely unnecessary. Around this time Tony came back and I immediately got out from under D&M. Same account manager had no idea I had gotten rid of the vehicle I had through them over a month prior. Again, either it's that disjointed or just absolutely no homework done. Zero regrets in leaving. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Linda Barrett I leased a 2022 Enclave from D&M Leasing the first of Feb this year. I still don't have the registration at 04/26/26. don't believe the Hype about D & M leasing, they really suck at follow up, paying attention to detail. I have called 12 times to inquire about the sticker, I have talked. to 12 different people I ask to speak with my support person that I Italked to last time, the conditioned response of "I am his supervisor how can I help you. the toilet is flushed. I would not recommend ever leasing a vehicle. I least a vehicle what they told me was for four years and then I could trade it in in three years three years went by. I thought I wanted to keep it, but I wanted to lower the note so I guess I re-upped somehow for another now then saying 60 months to lower my 70 bucks. Here I am six years later than $750 a month and they're telling me I still owe 22 months. So that would be paying for a truck that I don't own for eight years. I highly don't recommend ever leasing a vehicle. I didn't do my homework. read more

As the journey to finding the 1st or next new car can be quite the journey for anyone I would like to share my exceptional experience with D&M Leasing all revolving around a very talented, patient, understanding, car expert named Tim Irwin! From our 1st initial conversation he made sure to really dive in deep with me and ask all the detailed questions that would help pave the way in finding the perfect car for me. During my whole experience he was in constant communication, only a call or text away, and always provided me with the right answers/resolutions to any questions/concerns I had. Tim has such a kind understanding personality that really helped soothe me in regards to this being my first time working with D&M Leasing. He made sure to tell me what any next steps would look like and would always follow up after to make sure everything was still going as planned. On top of that, I had the pleasure of meeting Tim for my 1st (yes, he nailed it on the first car selection!!) test drive in my new car! He went over all the car functions/operations, gave a very thorough orientation before driving it on the road, and answered any questions I had about my vehicle to make sure I felt secure, confident, and safe in saying "yes, to this car!" The journey has not stopped there as Tim has checked in on me even after the keys were handed to me to make sure I am still loving my car to which I absolutely am! And any questions that may have come up he has been extremely quick in getting back to me in a timely and effective manner! Tim I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done for me in securing this beautiful gem of a car! Your ongoing hospitality and exceptional customer service is something I have never experienced in the car selling industry. I am beyond grateful for you and anyone who is looking for a new car do not hesitate to check out D&M Leasing and please ask for Tim Irwin! He is the best of the best...you will not be disappointed...if you are like me you will be nothing but grateful to/of him! read more

BUYER BEWARE!! I agree with Nick P., if they had a zero or negative 10 that's what I'd give them. Take Nick's review and amp it by 200%!!! EVERYTHING they tell you is a lie. When you confront them, they remind you conversations are recorded and make you think you are losing your mind. when you ask them to review the recordings, they make you think you are irrational. They trap you then rake you over the coals nickeling and diming you for every little thing. They are crooks, liars, and scammers. THEY ARE SNAKES AND HAVE A VENOMOUS BITE!!! I was referred to this company by my CPA. I contacted Ms. Delbar on the the 30th of July and on August 11th my dream car arrived! From the moment I reached out to Ms. Delbar she was attentive and on top of finding me exactly what I wanted. She was very easy and flexible to work with. In these times it's very refreshing to have help from someone who can literally help cut out the fluff with car buying and work numbers for you. She eliminated a lot of stress for me and I can not thank her enough for all her hard work and effort. The best part was the delivery of the vehicle! Ms. Delbar brought the car to me while I was out celebrating my birthday! It had the prettiest pink bow on it! I am so happy and grateful of this entire experience! I will never forget this birthday! I will be a returning customer and will be referring all my friends and family. I would also like to take the time to highlight Mr. Darrel Williams, Special Finance Manager! He did a fantastic job of partnering with Ms. Delbar to ensure that I would get my dream car at a great rate! I appreciate all of his hard work and collaborative efforts. Team work makes the dream work and he did a great job helping smooth this car search process out for me. Thank you Mr. Williams. read more

Don't believe everything you hear. Just listen to am radio. The advertisements are throughout the morning. Easy lease, mileage forgiveness, no payments for 60 days. And while this is true, it's not always the case. Don't get me wrong, I love D&M Leading. My entire family has leased and even purchased cars from them. This last one has been nothing less than challenging. First, I drove the car 60k miles far more than originally anticipated. So, I they did not forget the miles. My first payment in 45 days, not 60. That would have been more costly. And then surprise, surprise. I had a flat while driving back home. I moved to a safe location, went to look for the spare and....nothing. They forgot to put one in! And while Heather has been great and very accommodating, I have nothing yet. No spare and no reimbursement which was promised to me. There were complications in between. The system was hijacked, then was the hurricane. In the end however, we have to wait, put up with all sort of excuses. But we are expected to always pay on time otherwise it'll cost you more. I am just very frustrated. Help! read more

After having been let down by big name dealerships at the finance table (great credit, pre approved financing through my bank and a down payment), the dealerships would just rack the pricing of their cars up. Someone referred me to D&M leasing. I can't not say enough about them! I worked with Rajeon. He stuck by me from beginning to end. I told him exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. He not only found the exact car, he delivered it to me personally!!! Rajeon never got annoyed by my calls, questions or concerns. He really went above and beyond! I highly recommend D&M Leasing when shopping for a new car!! Such a easy, painless transaction! Extremely trustworthy, not your typical BS'r car salesman. He knows what customer service is and implements it into each conversation, he keeps you informed every step of the way and makes you a part of it. Ask for Rajeon! Don't be fooled. Do not fall for D&M's advertising and claim of an EZ Lease. The lease is only EZ for D&M. They will use every possible fee and addon both at purchase and upon return to fleece customers. You will end up paying much more for the vehicle than you would have it you had purchased with a more traditional finance option. Even at the end of the lease it will cost you to return a car in perfect condition and with less mileage than stipulated in the lease agreement. Choosing to re-lease the vehicle will incur even more expense. The lease will always be structured for the consumer to lose ever more money. Don't be fooled. D&M will add to your costs as an additional middle man in your "purchase". You can only lose with D&M. read more

First the positive - within a week of my call the leasing representative found the exact car my wife wanted. He delivered the car, took our trade in away and concluded the transaction in my living room. However, when a week less than two months went by with no license plates and registration sticker, I called for the rep to see what's going on. I found out he left D&M right after my lease and I guess that's why he didn't follow up to thank me for the business. Mike took my call and after this and another call on Friday with no response, today I drove 75 miles from my home to Baytown Hyundai to get another buyer plate. At the dealership, their rep told me that the reason for the delay was that D&M had not paid the dealership for the car they leased to me on February 28, 2023 until last week, April 28, 2023. For obvious reasons, they don't apply for registrations and titles until someone pays them. Two months for D&M to pay for a new car - that's outrageous. I am glad Baytown Hyundai didn't turn in a stolen car report on my newly leased car. This kind of service is way beneath what I expect when leasing a $55,000 car. read more

I heard about the this company on the radio so I wanted to give them a shot. Phillip Rodriguez reached out to me and was very attentive to what I was looking for and on top of finding me what I wanted. He was very easy, honest and flexible to work with. Once Dylan explained all the terms, Phillip delivered the paperwork and the vehicle seamlessly. It was very nice not to have to sit in a dealership for 4-5 hours. If they had a zero star, I'd give it to them. Do yourself a favor and just do business elsewhere. Lease from the manufacturer's financial company. Go literally anywhere but D&M. They'll make you feel really great about getting started, then all the crap they told to induce the lease will be worthless. Pay really careful attention to the leasing process. You will notice that they will almost flatly refuse to put any of their promises in writing. They'll want to do everything verbally so you have nothing to use to call them on their bull crap later. If you have a question, email them so they can respond with "give us a call and we can discuss." As I said before, do yourself a favor and don't get scammed. read more

D & M Leasing I was driving my 2008 Dodge Caliber (sole ownership) when my engine blew. I had called and emailed Ashley on Thursday March 8th, 2018 to explain I was in the market for a new/used vehicle. She was out of the office due to the nasty Texas weather we've been having. I was driving to work Friday morning when she called to ask what was going on. I gave her a brief story about my current car and situation and explained what vehicle I had been looking for and why I thought it would work for my son and me. During the conversation I had joked about wanting a truck but knew I could not afford one. Later that day, she called me asking more questions to get a better understanding of what I needed and could afford and talked to me about different options. That evening Ashley called to ask me if I was solely stuck on a Kia. I asked why and she proceed to explain that since I keep my cars for a long period of time, she could get me a high quality vehicle. Then she mentioned a Toyota Tacoma. I'm shocked thinking I can't afford a Toyota! But I was wrong. Ashley worked her magic and got me in something I truly wanted but didn't think I could have. She really listens to her customers and works hard to get what they want. We've used her twice now and I will never go anywhere else!! This repeat customer is beyond grateful and appreciative of Ashley's hard work and dedication to her customers!! read more

It's been a little over A year since I picked up our car. I can't believe the continued customer care and follow-up that I receive from this company. When we were in need of a car without much notice, my husband remembered hearing many of his favorite radio hosts endorse this company. I was a healthy skeptic, and not really interested in leasing. I needed a new car, nothng down, and low monthly payments. We went to the website on a Wednesday, got a call from Matt D. on Thursday, and walked out with a Blue 2015 Honda Civic LX Saturday afternoon. Signing the papers took 20 minutes at most. Later, I was walking out with a new car. Problem Solved!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! read more

I have always been tented to lease a car thru them, got to say they have good marketing, when I decided to call they where kind of nice normal service, ask me for basic info and even ask for my S.S. to make a "soft inquiry", after I told them the kind of vehicle I wish to lease, if I ever have to lease a car has to be the best I can get; anyways they told me they'll get back to me in 40min or so, they never did, I call them back that afternoon and the recepcionist told me that the sales man was with another costumer and he'll call me back as soon he finish with the other costumer, well, again they never did; what they actually did was that they perform a HARD INQUIRY in my credit report and not soft like they told me, and for nothing!!. After a couple of months another salesman call me because they have my name on the database, so I explained him what happen and he act very surprised and he promise that if I wish to continue that won't happen with him, so I told him what I want, he say he will call me back with the numbers and guess what?..exactly, still haven't call me back. At this point I'm not interested any more, maybe they do me a favor by not making business with them. read more

As a first time leasee, I have been leasing with D & M for a little over 2 years now, 2 months after I got the 2014 Nissan Murano I started commuting to a new job which instead of 2 miles I commute 46 miles from Pearland to the Woodlands. Mind you when I got my car my one request was a back up camera and navigation....it has neither. For the first year I received tickets/warrant notice to pay for my mercedes that I originally traded into D&M, it took me calling the state of Texas as well as the front desk at D&M multiple times (3) to get this cleared up and the name switched off of the car as the tickets were issued after I had traded the car in and not in this city. A year after I got the car I tried emailing Tony as I wanted to know the options to get into a Sedan instead of an SUV due to my commute and the fact that I just don't love my car. I emailed him March 2015 and never heard back, emailed again April 2015 CCing the front desk to D&M. Received a short email back stating he had tried to call me, I called him back and let him know what was going on. Never heard anything else, I emailed him in May 2015 as I found out my work does an employee assistance program with them and thought this may help with trading in my vehicle. I received an email just stating he was in a meeting and woulld get back to me early part of the next day. I never heard anything back, I just dropped it I was frustrated with continually trying to push communication. August 2015 I was hit in an accident and immediately emailed him to let him know (since it states in the lease to contact immediately), communication was fine during this time even when I needed to pick up the check that the insurance sent to D&M as it is a lease. I just kind of gave up after the accident that clearly I am 'stuck' in my car for current time. I figured once i hit 2 years I would get a call since when I signed the lease I was told that they call to check and get updates on how the car is treating me every year and at the 2 year mark we will look at 'swapping you out'. I have NEVER received a call like that, I pay for ALL maintanence on my car and have even bought a set of new tires. I was under the impression that is the great thing about a lease is not having to worry about the small maintanence items. Two of my best friends also lease through D&M and have NEVER had issues and one of them is on her 2nd car in the same amount of time I am, which the both have told me all maintanence is covered and they just take it to the dealership and have no issues (maybe because they have cadillacs?). I was hoping I would be able to switch my car out into something a little more economical gas wise and something I liked more. Most recently I emailed 3/28/2016 as I recently got married and inquired about my name change on the lease or what documents I need to send over. Tony emailed me back 15 minutes later letting me know he would get back to me as he hasn't had that question before. I still haven't heard anything. My fear is now I am upside down on the lease since my commute is so far and my car is not valued at what my lease it as. I am just overall frustrated with the communication and lack there of, I do like Tony as he has been very nice when we have met in person I would just like my original inquiry and question to be anwsered on the status of my lease and what it will take to trade it in even if its doesn't happen right away I just want to know how long I am looking at to not be upside down. read more

Jeff Cole did a horrible job with us! At first Jeff was nice and knowledgeable. When Jeff said he was waiting on some more quotes to come back and he would call me the next day before lunch. Lunch rolls around and no phone call that day. I call him him the next day around 10 am and he states, " I have been delivering vehicles the past two days. Let me get some things together and I will call you." He still has not called me back. It is perfectly fine if a company does not want my business but at least be upfront and tell me. Don't avoid me. It is extremely unprofessional. I will never do business with D&M. read more
