Within six months of ownership, I had to replace the brakes, battery, address electrical issues, and now a rear axle failure. These are major mechanical components, not routine wear items, and the car was driven responsibly. When I reached out to request a reasonable cost sharing discussion, the dealership immediately shut down any conversation, hid behind the "as is" language, and refused any goodwill assistance. Their final response stated they would not engage further, leaving no path to resolve the issue professionally. What's most frustrating is not that the car needed repairs, but the complete lack of accountability or willingness to stand behind what was represented at sale. Once the transaction was complete, customer service disappeared entirely.

I sent a message to Matt and within 10 minutes I had the out the door price I requested. Didn't feel forced or like I was being played one bit. Already had the car picked out and everything. Expected to be in and out since I had my own financing but they were able to beat it. All in all they got me the car at the price we spoke about. Financing. Now I can't say I've ever been to a price were financing was 100% truthful and wasn't trying to squeeze extra money out of you.I was talked into an extended warranty plan. I asked if this was the only time I could add a warranty plan and was told yes. Later found out that wasnt true. What rubbed me the wrong way is i.was never given any manual, booklet or any paperwork regarding the warranty. Couple days after purchasing the car, I reached out to the finance manager regarding information about the plan. I was sent a picture of the chart he showed me in the office. In the office, I was told I could cancel at anytime. Glad that was one truth. Cancelled it before my first payment. Do NOT sign up for the warranty through financing. It added $4600 to my financing! I was able to find a better plan for $1040 and you can get it as long as your car is under 6k miles. Wouldve given 5 stars if it wasn't for that issue. TLDR: Sales team was great, friendly and honest. Got me the car and color I wanted. Financing (like any other place), will.try to squeeze extra money out of you. Don't get the extended warranty from dealership unless you like paying 3x what it's worth. Possible to get it cheaper outside dealership.
