I sent a message to Matt and within 10 minutes I had the out the door price I requested. Didn't feel forced or like I was being played one bit. Already had the car picked out and everything. Expected to be in and out since I had my own financing but they were able to beat it. All in all they got me the car at the price we spoke about. Financing. Now I can't say I've ever been to a price were financing was 100% truthful and wasn't trying to squeeze extra money out of you.I was talked into an extended warranty plan. I asked if this was the only time I could add a warranty plan and was told yes. Later found out that wasnt true. What rubbed me the wrong way is i.was never given any manual, booklet or any paperwork regarding the warranty. Couple days after purchasing the car, I reached out to the finance manager regarding information about the plan. I was sent a picture of the chart he showed me in the office. In the office, I was told I could cancel at anytime. Glad that was one truth. Cancelled it before my first payment. Do NOT sign up for the warranty through financing. It added $4600 to my financing! I was able to find a better plan for $1040 and you can get it as long as your car is under 6k miles. Wouldve given 5 stars if it wasn't for that issue. TLDR: Sales team was great, friendly and honest. Got me the car and color I wanted. Financing (like any other place), will.try to squeeze extra money out of you. Don't get the extended warranty from dealership unless you like paying 3x what it's worth. Possible to get it cheaper outside dealership.

I'm updating this review because the dealership ultimately stepped up and handled the situation the…read moreright way. My initial experience was frustrating. I called ahead, gave my VIN, referenced recall PC068, and explained exactly what was going on. I scheduled what I was told would be a recall repair. When I arrived, it was set up as a diagnostic instead, which felt like a breakdown in communication and process. After that experience, I left pretty frustrated. The next day, Robert Quarles, the Service Director, called me personally. He had actually listened to the original call and acknowledged that I had been told the recall was open. That mattered. He didn't deflect or argue. He owned it. We had a direct conversation, got on the same page, and he committed to making it right. I brought the truck back in that Friday. They kept it through the weekend and into Monday, worked to reproduce the issue, and when they couldn't get the codes to return, they still made the decision to move forward and replace the IPDM under the recall. Jason, the lead technician, put in the work and they even drove the truck around 100 miles to make sure everything was solid before giving it back to me. They also provided a loaner, which wasn't originally part of the plan. That's the difference. The first interaction was rough, but leadership stepped in, took ownership, and followed through. That's what you want when something doesn't go right the first time. If you work with them, my advice is to be clear and verify details up front. But based on how this was handled in the end, they showed they are willing to stand behind it and do the right thing.

This is also a place that has some sentimental value to us, so I did not come into this situation looking for a problem or trying to be an unhappy customer. My concerns started with an alignment issue on my 2020 Toyota Camry. I had been experiencing the vehicle pulling to the right or left, and before the most recent alignment, I could feel the rear of the vehicle moving sideways when driving over approximately 65 mph. After reviewing the alignment reports from June 9 and August 22, I noticed significant inconsistencies, particularly with the rear toe measurements. The readings were outside the specified range on both visits and changed considerably between them. My concern is not simply that an alignment was needed, but why the measurements changed so much and whether the underlying issue was properly investigated. I also noticed that the paperwork listed all four tires at 35 PSI, when the actual tire pressures were different. This raised concerns for me about the accuracy of the information being documented. Unfortunately, I also felt that the service representative I dealt with was dismissive and talked down to me rather than listening to my concerns. I was even told over the phone that there was "no way" the alignment had been done during my previous visit when I purchased new tires, had an oil change, and was told an alignment was performed. I brought my concerns to management in person and followed up by email with everything I had found, but I never received a response. I understand mistakes can happen, but the combination of the inconsistent documentation, changing alignment measurements, driving symptoms, and lack of follow-up has caused me to lose confidence in the service I received. I have decided that I will no longer be returning to this dealership for service. That is especially disappointing because I have never had problems here before and this place has sentimental value to us. Unfortunately, that trust is no longer there.

When I asked him to explain what happened to the price we had just shaken hands on, he couldn't stand behind it like a grown man. He couldn't maintain eye contact, his voice was cracking and he couldn't give me a straight answer. It felt like the agreement suddenly meant nothing once they realized I wouldn't be financing through them. Completely unprofessional and dishonest behavior.

I am having to pay for a new transmission just so i can drive the vehicle safely. I brought the vehicle home on 5/16/26 and it has sat for over a month until i was able to find funds to take it to a transmission shop for a repair. The joy of a new car (even used) was stripped from me and the experience with them ruined all future purchasing experiences. I will never be able to trust someone selling me a vehicle. I will have anxiety and trauma that I carry the rest of my life and I have a lot of years to live. I was then told by the manager today that "I'm just trying to save $15" by refusing to pay for them to ship me my tags. I paid all fees due for them at the time of purchase and I will not pay this crooked dealership another dime. I am being forced to pay $8500 for a new transmission. I did all the research I could, asked why the vehicle was on the lot so long, had the salesman start the vehicle and show it to me before I even considering making the 6.5 hour trip. He told me (I have it in email) there is nothing wrong with this explorer. I informed the salesman about all of my struggles as my prior vehicle was totaled by someone running a stop sign and that I had been searching for this type of vehicle. He still acted with bad faith and sold me this vehicle. He is also a veteran so I naturally thought he would be a better person, but unfortunately he wasn't. As being a licensed insurance agent for the state of Texas I am held to a higher standard. If I were to conduct business the way they do my license would be taken from me, I could face jail time or have fines to pay. I have to take Ethics every license renewal and have to follow a good moral code. Which I pride myself on. They lack the very basic ethics training and have no moral code. I don't understand how someone could sleep at night screwing over many, many people. This dealership has multiple bad reviews, a F rating with the BBB and I'm praying God will soon let them reap what they have sown. Hard working Texans have trusted these people and have been screwed over. I am praying also that people will stay far away from this dealership so that others don't have to face all of these challenges. Even if I would have purchased a warranty with the dealership I don't feel they would have made the vehicle right. I feel they would have still ignored me like they do to other people. I had to stay on hold for over an hour just for the manager to take the call. Please stay away! One last thing, this experience has also affected my toddler who reminds me daily that I went on an airplane to buy a new car but it was bad car so it's parked in the garage. They will get their bad karma.
