    I purchased a used vehicle from Fred Haas last week. The truck was listed on their website with Nitto Ridge Grappler All-Terrain tires. However, they delivered the truck with off brand street tires. I notified the salesperson of the error and she told me the sales manager would be calling me. In fact, for nearly a week she has told me twice a day that the manager would be calling me. But no one has called. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch that shady used car salesmen are known for. I have purchased several cars from dealerships and this has by far been the least pleasant experience I've had dealing with a dealership (even outside of the tire issue.) I would not have purchased this vehicle if it had been pictured with the off-brand tires.

    Don't trust this place they lie to get you in the door and then change the the options on your deal after they have already promised things

They are open on Sunday which was great!!! They definitely have slot of staff and vehicles to meet your needs!

    Horrible service experience…read more I took my truck in for a routine oil change/inspection which took over an hour. After that, the service rep suggested I get my windshield wipers replaced, hydrogen carbon cleaning, and AC flush. I asked how long that additional service would take which she responded about 20 minutes. Since it was quick I decided to have them do it. One hour later, I check back with the service rep regarding the status of my truck which she checked with the shop and stated they are having an issue with flushing my truck. Well, as she was explaining why it was taking longer than what she originally told me, I see my truck being pulled in the shop stall, indicating that they were just getting started with the additional service. It then took about another 20 minutes for them to complete my service. If it was going to take that long for the additional service, I would have opted out of it and get it done at a later time. I was there for 3 hours for services that could have been completed in half the time. Also, why lie to me that they are working on it when clearly they haven't even started working on my vehicle. I spoke to the service managers afterwards and they were apologetic, but that was pretty much it. If this is how Fred Haas treats their customers who pay a premium for service, I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I love my vehicle so far. I guess the only thing I'd say for anyone looking to buy this vehicle: I purchased it because it was almost exactly like the Lincoln Navigator I test drove. The Navigator just had too much tech (and I'm a techy person). This vehicle had just the right amount of tech without being over the top. However, I did not opt for the additional $7k upgrade and wish I would have. Rod mentioned that one of the differences would be road noise. During test driving I didn't feel that I heard much road noise, so I thought it was fine to save some money. It's not "road" noise I hear, but actual car noise. I'd imagine what I'm hearing is what Rod meant and I just didn't understand because I don't deal with this every day. Hindsight, I wish I would have upgraded $7k more. The noise isn't awful, but coming from a quieter Navigator to this, I can hear the difference now. I still love my car, but wish I would have test driven one with and one without the noise reduction to fully understand the difference. Oh well. Overall, a great transaction and we would come back for any future vehicles.

    We went to buy a car at the advertised online price. Once we went in we were told about almost…read more$3000 worth of add ons that drove the price up. Apex GPS $995, windshield protectant $699, dent removal $ 495, paint and interior protection $499. The first 2 mentioned were already put on the vehicle and not included in the online price and we would be forced to pay for these things we didn't want. In another review they responded " We offer value-added options, as most customers find tremendous value in the offerings. If there was an option that was not already attached to the price of the vehicle, they are just that...options." These most certainly were not options and we walked away. See the attached texts from the dealer. For future customers, this is an illegal practice deemed by the Federal Trade Commission and you should, as we did, report this to the Department of Motor Vehicles. As you can see in the photos this is in fact their sales practices. Very disappointing to go all that way for such awful business
