DISHONEST DEALERSHIP! Price quoted on TrueCar and Gargurus was about 11k, and both sites said dealer fees were included in the price. I even had a drive off quote from Truecar of $11,9XX, which TrueCar said they should honor because the quote comes from them. I get there and hand them the quote and they say "No problem", run my credit, then tell me the total price is over 15k. $1999 Reconditioning fee, $900 Nitro fee, some other $200 fee. I purchased and financed a Nissan at GMotors on April 24, 2026, but never took delivery because I didn't have insurance yet. Three days later, I contacted them to cancel the deal, explaining it was a rash decision and that I am autistic. Management initially agreed to cancel but only offered to return half of my down payment. When I asked why and requested to speak with a manager, Finance Director Gaby claimed it was merely a "courtesy" and obscured who was actually in charge. He insisted there wasn't one specific manager I could speak with and provided no names. Over the following weeks, I repeatedly called to reach management. The front desk told me a manager named "Glenn" would call me back -- he was supposedly in early mornings or late afternoons. Glenn never called. Multiple times the front desk claimed he was on vacation or unavailable. I now believe "Glenn" was fabricated to string me along. After all, she claimed to not know Glenn's last name, but who doesn't know their manager's last name? I also repeatedly asked to see the voluntary cancellation paperwork. Gaby kept delaying, saying he needed management approval, but never sent it. When my Power of Attorney and I finally went to the dealership in person, Gaby and the finance team still refused to provide any manager names. They surprised us with a credit card payment agreement claiming the down payment was non-refundable -- a document I and my PoA had not seen in my original paperwork packet. They wouldn't even let us read or photograph the cancellation form before signing. We walked out. Only after a manager named Allen Mood finally got involved did they agree to a full refund -- but only after we signed that cancellation form that falsely claimed I had time to consult an attorney. This entire process was filled with evasion, delays, and what felt like deliberate misinformation. I eventually got my full down payment back, but only after weeks of unnecessary stress and games. Buyers should be extremely cautious with GMotors. The lack of transparency and shady handling of a straightforward cancellation request is unacceptable. Since GMotors behaves like that in what should be simple, you can imagine how things are in other matters. By the way, the finance officer, Imran, claimed to me that only Ally Bank would finance a cargo van personal purchase. So, GMotors wouldn't call my bank for financing. The issue? It's not true. AI powered search informs me this is a deceptive tactic, pressuring someone into going with a particular lender for whatever reason. read more

They purchased a vehicle there after being assured by the sales staff that their service technicians would address the check engine light that came on during the test drive. We trusted their word and took the vehicle home for my brother. After only a day and a half of driving, the car stalled out completely. Now the dealership is refusing to take responsibility and telling us we are basically out of luck. They claim the current issue is "not related" to the check engine light that was already present before the sale. We are now facing thousands of dollars in repairs on a vehicle that clearly had existing problems before it was sold. Buyers beware -- do not rely on verbal promises from this dealership. I made a deal with them over the phone and paid a deposit for a ford f150. I drive there the next day and arrive to a truck filled with smoke, dirty, steering wheel caked in brown smoke, headliner has brown smoke, tailgate not working, alignment problems, and shifter issues. The biggest is the smoke cause I'm not a smoker but I really liked the truck. They apparently fixed everything and still got it dirty and smelly. They charged me $900 for the "cleaning". 2 hrs out driving back home which is a 6 hr drive ended up being a nightmare as it took 10 hrs to get home because the front diff was leaking & it started with multiple misfire on 2 cylinders after scanning it with an OBD2 scanner. The manager there told me to "email service cause they don't talk on the phone". Meanwhile I'm stuck at a gas station 2 hrs away from them. I had to continuously stop and fill the front diff several times using 2 quarts to make it home. I've replaced the air filter and did a deep cleaning of a total of 5 hrs with steam cleaning and ozone generator and now the smoke smell is gone but they screwed me out of that $900 "cleaning" they did. The they want to charge me to mail me my registration paperwork even though I paid $225 for documentation fee which covers all documents regarding the sale. They are a bunch of low life rats out to steal your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND REGRET DEALING WITH THEM. read more

Ok. I just bought a 2017 cadillqc xts ftom them. On the test drive it rode really well. But when I got it, it rode like a haywagon. Turns out it has a magneride, and they lifted the car for 2 hours to do stuff with the tires, like put nitrogen in it, etc. And when they did so they seized up the suspension, making it lock up. I'm going to take it back and have them put a new magneride in it. They do, I'm raising this to 5 stars. read more

They were awesome! Very quick to respond! A few different people called me in regards to the truck we inquired about. We went and looked at it same day. Their showroom was really nice and the sales professional, Mark, greeted us and had the truck pulled out and waiting for us when we arrived. We drove it and he answered all of our questions. This was not the right truck for us so we did not make a purchase yet. Not pushy at all. Mark set us up on a computer in the showroom and let us browse all of the inventory so that we did not have to walk the lot in the Texas heat! They have a fantastic selection of vehicles. All makes an models! We are still searching for that perfect used truck and will be back here. They have a huge selection of work vans as well, which we need. They tried to swindle us out of $3000 saying that we had to have some sort of vehicle maintenance fee before we could take the car and that was part of the loan from the bank. Seeing as how we're not naïve nor stupid, we called them on their BS and knocked them down to $11,900 on the sticker that was listed for 15 K. (Via threat to the attorney general, given this "tactic", we made the Safe assumption that they had pulled this before ).Needless to say, we got a lemon anyway. My third time driving it every single light went on in the 2011 Mini Cooper, that ran perfectly on the test drive, and a couple of drives thereafter. They also moved the car from one dealership to the other right before I went to go pick it up, and I had to call another Uber to come get myself, and my daughter AND the car seat and drive us six more miles. Walking into this place you can tell that it's a place with people that want to swindle you. It looks like a place that someone decorated after they came into a bunch of money, but they don't really know what they're doing, so they just buy a bunch of expensive shit and put it in the same room, thinking that it'll look posh. It also smells like cheap cologne, that you smell on the guys to try to sell you that gold shit lotion at the mall I highly suggest you look them up on the Better Business Bureau website, and every other review you can find. Bought a Ram Promaster 42k miles. Once I got back to my office later I noticed tons of problems with it such as air bag, headlights, blinkers, tires were bald, scratches all over and other home made repairs done to it with door bearly hanging on. This thing has left me stranded on the side of the road 6 times now all different issues each time. The ignition went out as well. They def sold me a hunk of junk that's been mostly unusable and unable to pass inspection. Will never buy here again and will warn everyone I know. Started calling them the next day about issues and all I was told every time is someone will call me back or call the dealership. 7 months later and over 7k in repairs still things going wrong with it. I've put less than 4k miles on it since I've bought it. Would not recommend G Motors to anyone. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would. Manager Imran was nice when trying to get your business. After the deal is done attitude changes. Nothing but lies and deceit comes from him. He said he would fix my headlights on a 2014 SRX Cadillac. I couldn't drive at night the headlights would only work on high beam. How did the car pass inspection when the headlights are dim. Gmotors any location is not to be trusted. Everybody's experience is different with Gmotors and mine was horrible. I was embarrassed to show that I got a new car and couldnt drive it at night until I could fix it. Also the loud roaring sound that was not there when I test drove the car. I had to pay an additional $1500 to get my car taken care of to drive it after 3 months from the purchase. They are scammers and liars. You will reap what you sow. read more

I even stepped out of work to call and was told I would receive a return call before the end of the day. Still nothing. STOP! Read all the reviews!!! I did and this place still had my curiosity. I flew in from out of town to see a car they had in their inventory for months and months. I spoke to Ruben on the phone the day before to confirm the price. The next morning before I flew out, I printed the listing of the car from their website with the same price that Ruben and I talked about. When I arrived I was greeted by Ruben. I checked in. He offered me a beverage and the bathroom. Very friendly. We went for a test drive around the block. He let me look at the car very thoroughly. When we got back I was introduced to Imran and we sat down to talk numbers. He asked me what i was thinking. I threw out the number Ruben and I discussed and he immediately shut me down. He informed me that it was not that price anymore and it had went up. I showed him the print out from their website from that morning and in that time period he had went online and changed the price when I checked their website again. Very shady. Very sketchy business. People that don't honor their word don't have my respect as businessmen. I even tried to go back inside and talk new numbers and he was not being fair. So I know for a fact if I had anything wrong with my car it would not get taken care of by these guys. And they don't have an mechanic team checking their cars. If zero was a choice I would have chosen it. I am convinced now this is not a legitimate car dealer. They have beautiful looking cars on the lot that will attract the eye but they come with problems. My experience was not a good one. Walked into the dealer intending to buy a Jeep that I saw online. The one that I liked came with some issues we noticed while test driving it but they insisted they would fix it so I left a deposit in good faith. After returning the next day with intentions on buying the vehicle, we drove up and they were working on it still. My brother in law insisted that we get a pre-purchase inspection and that is what I requested of them. Gaby, the finance manager denied the request even when our salesperson offered to accompany us to the mechanic that was a mile down the road. They acted as if they were accomodating and said to get the mechanic to come to their lot to check it. Well, the problem is that NO legitimate mechanic would do that. There are liability issues and they need to lift the car, etc. Red flag after red flag we took the jeep for a final test drive and still felt the car wasn't driving as it should which solidified our concerns and did not purchase it. After requesting my deposit, then they denying it, I sent a formal demand via certified mail. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and with the Texas AG. If for some reason this does not resolve it, I will take them to court. In less than 24 hours, they basically stole $1000 from me for a car that I did not purchase due to MAJOR concerns. This is a warning , DO NOT buy a car from G MOTORS. Most , if not all car dealers allow a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle. Auto Nation will let you take the car for a week and in the meantime you can get it inspected, etc. If for some reason it is not to your standards, you can return it back . read more
