I mean insurance total loss with rebuilt title. That's a nope. It other calls from them while I was at work. They left no voicemail. Finally spoke to Mariah and told her I wasn't going to move forward and she said that's fine she would remove me from call list. The next day I get another call. I'm confused. I called back and told them yet again I'm not interested and guy told me no worries he would remove me. Ten minutes later he called me again about the car while I'm in a meeting. I'm an attorney. I was in a critical call with a client so I stopped the call to tell him and made it quite clear to stop calling me. Hopefully they understand no means no and after someone says stop you need to respect that. Don't buy here.

The truck was shaking and wanting to stall out. Thankfully I was able to get it back home. I contacted the sale rep and informed him of this problem and told him I would be taking the truck to the dealership for a full diagnosis. After said inspection I was informed that the truck was misfiring. The repair would cost me $1,297.78. The very next day my family and I took the truck on an hour drive to the medical center. And as soon as we got a few hundred feet of the hospital the truck started shaking and smoke started coming out from underneath the truck. I quickly pull into the parking lot and park and got my family out as quickly as possible. Standing at a safe distance we just watched as the truck was cover in smoke. I took the truck back to the shop and was informed that the motor was shot. And that I was going to need a new motor. WOW! I've recently contacted the Carlos Mora, the GM/Director, or who ever he is and shared with him the events that took place and informed him that I would like a full refund. However, he was more concern with playing the role of an investigator than taking care of the client. How quick he was to take my money and assist in the purchase of the truck. But to do right by me, the client, is just not in their play book. Now, I find myself in a battle to have my money refunded from this place of fraud and discerption. I will not allow this place to steal from my family. People work to hard to just have businesses like this steal your hard earned money. I don't care how long it takes to get my refund. This Autostrade put my family's life at risk and gave us horrifying experience. Please if you read this take your hard earned money somewhere else other than this place. Autostrade is a big scam. I wish there was a option to not put any stars! Why is it so hard for businesses to do the right thing by the consumer?
