OUT OF STATE BUYER HERE: Sadly pretty disappointed after purchasing my McLaren 570GT from this shady establishment. After waiting weeks from constant delays between Autodynamics and the transport company, my car finally arrived dirty and with low tire pressure on all four tires. I had to drive it down the block to fill up the tires. The biggest surprise was how filthy the car was, and the transport company even noted it to me. All I asked for from Latrice at Autodynamics was a small gift card for a car wash since it arrived dirty. Not sure about you, but if I'm purchasing a $150,000+ car I at least want the damn thing to arrive clean. After waiting over a month now and after multiple follow-ups, I still haven't received any sort of compensation or gift card. I was told she sent it, but still haven't gotten anything in the mail. Within 4 months' of driving and putting less than 3k miles on the car in that timeframe, I ran into electrical problems. Please do not purchase from them, after reading further reviews, this is likely not a fluke. These are high quality vehicle and a 2019 car with 10k miles should not be experiencing electrical issues and incapable of starting. In contacting them to let them know of the issue, I was astonished by the disrespectful response from Luis. I wouldn't recommend them as a trusted re-seller. I bought my car from Autodynamcis by distance. Same story as Joe Longton just below. I waited for my registration more than 5 months. I had to contact Autodynamics all the time. The seller Zaire was very responsive to sell the car but obviously after the payment has been done, he didn't communicate promptly. Registration and title issue. They invent story to make me wait. Until now, I am still waiting for my second key as promised. We are in October and sale was made in March !!!! Buying a used car should be a fun experience... but is often quite stressful. This was not the case at Auto Dynamics. Zaheer showed me the car and gave me plenty of time to inspect it and he answered all of my questions. He truly wanted me to be comfortable with the car. When it came time to finance it Leesa was wonderful and told me the interest rate ahead of time so I could calculate the monthly payment and feel comfortable with the entire transaction. I'm amazed. I'm pleased. I'm a real YELP user/reviewer. I purchased a BMW 335is from Autodynamics in Houston this June 2015 and I confess I had my doubts. Buying from another state (especially Texas or Florida) probably isn't the best of judgements you would make as you are subject to their laws, courts and the process of dispute. I worked with SANJAY VARMA (of AutoDynamics); both by phone and emails. He's a very pleasing man. Professional and yet comfortable and at-ease without attitude. Everything he promised, he delivered on. Not one issue became questionable. He arranged for shipping of the vehicle as well and used a high-end carrier (Plycar) and the vehicle was delivered from Texas to California with perfection. Everything described on the AutoDynamics website about the car I purchased was 100% accurate and in detail. When the vehicle arrived in California, I couldn't find a thing wrong with it that AutoDynamics hadn't already fairly disclosed. I looked at the YELP reviews and I even discussed them with SANJAY VARMA before I bought the car. They were not the best... Maybe there was a day such was the case but for 2015, AutoDynamics had provided me with a stunning and professional experience; start to end. I credit it to SANJAY VARMA. This is a very good dealership. They sell upscale vehicles mostly. They might be a bit frustrating for some with the overall speed of the buying process but in the end, they earned a full 5-stars from me. I'm so glad I purchased from them. Sanjay sold me a car and claimed it had an extended 6yr 100,000mile warranty. After buying the vehicle I contacted the dealership 2 weeks later to find out the car has NO such warranty. Sanjay denies ever telling me that it had a CPO warranty and claims we saw a piece of paper showing "it might" have the extende warranty after I paid for the car and it was just "icing" on the cake. The fact is he used this as a selling point on the car. Showed me a paper where he "paid" to have it Certified Pre Owned by BMW. He denies ever saying it had a CPO and then in our phone call said myself and my girlfriend don't remember the situtation correctly and convienently cannot find the paper he showed. He then went on to try and sell me a 3rd party warranty for $1,600. I hope someone considering doing business here reconsiders the idea. I am out an extended warranty and will have to shell out more cash to get one on my own. I learned a valuable lesson from this, anything said by the seller needs to be put in writing. This business has already told me I am wrong and only want more money from me for something they sold the car with. This is a message to all future buyers, go somewhere else. read more

This company just makes sales because of their pricing. Their sales staff or loan personnel have no sense whatsoever of how customer service works in the US. The owner used to work for a very reputed high end auto dealership but he has not been able to train his staff at all. They lack of internal communication, when it comes to a transaction no one is on the same page, the sales staff does NOT return calls.
