I bought my first used vehicle a 2021 Lexus NX 300 back in March. I waited to write my review to ensure I had all my, plates, registration and title all in a timely manner. Which I did. My experience was amazing. Professional staff, great prices and trade in. I highly recommend Auto Dynamics. Extremely satisfied customer, Glenda read more

Been begging for pics and videos of a vehicle for a few days before I go in person to see it. They made sure they got me pre qualified though then just disappeared on me basically stopped responding to me and everything. Just make sure if you want customer service to avoid this place. Seems like they want to help and just drop the ball every single time... read more

This place is amazing me and my girlfriend went over there to buy a car for her. She fall in love with the customer service and the cars we had first class service. The follow up was amazing. The car was so beautiful and clean and he even guaranteed us for seven days all our money back if we changed our mind first class. read more

OUT OF STATE BUYER HERE: Sadly pretty disappointed after purchasing my McLaren 570GT from this shady establishment. After waiting weeks from constant delays between Autodynamics and the transport company, my car finally arrived dirty and with low tire pressure on all four tires. I had to drive it down the block to fill up the tires. The biggest surprise was how filthy the car was, and the transport company even noted it to me. All I asked for from Latrice at Autodynamics was a small gift card for a car wash since it arrived dirty. Not sure about you, but if I'm purchasing a $150,000+ car I at least want the damn thing to arrive clean. After waiting over a month now and after multiple follow-ups, I still haven't received any sort of compensation or gift card. I was told she sent it, but still haven't gotten anything in the mail. Really disappointed by these cheap folks. I know the auto market is tight right now, but I recommend you take your business elsewhere! read more

Sanjay and his team are amazing. They sourced a Ferrari for me and help me exit another high end luxury vehicle. The communication process throughout the entire journey was impeccable. Sanjay even looked over my pre purchase inspection to make sure my Ferrari would be pristine. If you have a taste for high end cars please visit Autodynamics before wasting time with big dealers. Even if they don't have a car in inventory you want, Sanjay and his experts can locate ANY spec and combo you want. They are that good! read more

Auto Dynamics - Ferrari - Car Dealers Near Me - Houston, Texas

I purchased what I thought was an excellent condition Porsche from this dealership from Luis. Within 4 months' of driving and putting less than 3k miles on the car in that timeframe, I ran into electrical problems. Please do not purchase from them, after reading further reviews, this is likely not a fluke. These are high quality vehicle and a 2019 car with 10k miles should not be experiencing electrical issues and incapable of starting. In contacting them to let them know of the issue, I was astonished by the disrespectful response from Luis. I wouldn't recommend them as a trusted re-seller. It's caused me quite a bit of $....STAY AWAY!!! read more

Sanjay went out of his way to make it better for me from the last bad experience. It was amazing experience to work with me, he hired a lady name Lisa, she was so personable great personality and wonderful to work with. Car business is very tough you have to stay on top of it with Customer Service I'm happy to work with Sanjay again read more

I bought my car from Autodynamcis by distance. Same story as Joe Longton just below. I waited for my registration more than 5 months. I had to contact Autodynamics all the time. The seller Zaire was very responsive to sell the car but obviously after the payment has been done, he didn't communicate promptly. Registration and title issue. They invent story to make me wait. Until now, I am still waiting for my second key as promised. We are in October and sale was made in March !!!! Oh did i mention that the car was shipped very dirty inside and the seller Zaire didn't mention some damage on the car ! ONE ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THEM (Zaire & Sanjay) read more

Sanjay and the AutoDynamics team were a pleasure to work with. I bought a lambo from them without even seeing the car. They delivered on their promise and lived up to their end of the deal. Pleasure doing business with you guys. Not sure why the bad reviews but these guys are top notch, i would do business again. Thanks guys! read more

Very displeased with Auto Dynamics. Stopped by to check out several cars- their sales staff was overbearing, rude, and arrogant. Definitely one of the lesser Houston area dealers. read more

Sanjay and the group at AutoDynamics have always taken great care of me. I purchase/sell around 10 cars a year through these guys, and the transaction is always smooth on their end of the deal. I'm actually quite surprised by the negative reviews, because they know the business in and out when it comes to ultra high-end vehicles. read more

Can you guys please mail me my plates? It's been over a year and I've gotten multiple tickets and no one will respond to any of my emails. If shipping charge is a problem then I'll pay for shipping. You just need to respond to my emails. If I don't get them by the end of next week I will have to pay for another ticket so I suggest you mail them. Thanks! read more

Buying a used car should be a fun experience... but is often quite stressful. This was not the case at Auto Dynamics. Zaheer showed me the car and gave me plenty of time to inspect it and he answered all of my questions. He truly wanted me to be comfortable with the car. When it came time to finance it Leesa was wonderful and told me the interest rate ahead of time so I could calculate the monthly payment and feel comfortable with the entire transaction. Truly a great purchasing experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend. read more

I'm amazed. I'm pleased. I'm a real YELP user/reviewer. I purchased a BMW 335is from Autodynamics in Houston this June 2015 and I confess I had my doubts. Buying from another state (especially Texas or Florida) probably isn't the best of judgements you would make as you are subject to their laws, courts and the process of dispute. I worked with SANJAY VARMA (of AutoDynamics); both by phone and emails. He's a very pleasing man. Professional and yet comfortable and at-ease without attitude. Everything he promised, he delivered on. Not one issue became questionable. He arranged for shipping of the vehicle as well and used a high-end carrier (Plycar) and the vehicle was delivered from Texas to California with perfection. Everything described on the AutoDynamics website about the car I purchased was 100% accurate and in detail. When the vehicle arrived in California, I couldn't find a thing wrong with it that AutoDynamics hadn't already fairly disclosed. I looked at the YELP reviews and I even discussed them with SANJAY VARMA before I bought the car. They were not the best... Maybe there was a day such was the case but for 2015, AutoDynamics had provided me with a stunning and professional experience; start to end. I credit it to SANJAY VARMA. This is a very good dealership. They sell upscale vehicles mostly. They might be a bit frustrating for some with the overall speed of the buying process but in the end, they earned a full 5-stars from me. I'm so glad I purchased from them. I turn a car every other year. When it's time again to buy the next BMW, I'll look to AutoDynamics first. read more

Sanjay sold me a car and claimed it had an extended 6yr 100,000mile warranty. After buying the vehicle I contacted the dealership 2 weeks later to find out the car has NO such warranty. Sanjay denies ever telling me that it had a CPO warranty and claims we saw a piece of paper showing "it might" have the extende warranty after I paid for the car and it was just "icing" on the cake. The fact is he used this as a selling point on the car. Showed me a paper where he "paid" to have it Certified Pre Owned by BMW. He denies ever saying it had a CPO and then in our phone call said myself and my girlfriend don't remember the situtation correctly and convienently cannot find the paper he showed. He then went on to try and sell me a 3rd party warranty for $1,600. I hope someone considering doing business here reconsiders the idea. I am out an extended warranty and will have to shell out more cash to get one on my own. I learned a valuable lesson from this, anything said by the seller needs to be put in writing. This business has already told me I am wrong and only want more money from me for something they sold the car with. This is a message to all future buyers, go somewhere else. read more

I've been dealing with Sanjay, Afsheen & the rest of the Autodynamics crew for about 10 years now. They are the only ones I deal with when locating a specific car I want or selling a car I have. The best part is their customer service! I've purchased cars before from regular dealerships and I always end up taking the entire day to complete the transaction. With Autodynamics, I pick the car I want, schedule the signing of documents and I'm in/out within 30 minutes or less!!! Not sure why I'm seeing all of these negative comments to the left. They've been around for over a decade and wouldn't be in business with great clientele without doing a lot of things right! read more

I have been bought several cars from Auto Dynamics over the last several years. I have always been very pleased. This is sort of a boutique type high end dealer that serves a very large client base. They have regular clients that keep them very busy, so you might want to call before you just stop in to look. They always have a great selection of cars on hand, and they can always find you the perfect car. Once you become a regular customer, you will always get first class personal customer service! read more

I have bought several cars from Auto Dynamics, both brand new and used. I like dealing with them becuase they work like a one stop shop. Besides the car purchases, they constanly have helped me in getting my car serviced, fixed, towing etc. The customer service is good, responsive and personal. I constantly send my friends over to them and i will recommend them to others as well. read more

The owner and the entire team are amazing to work with. Their selection is great and they go the extra mile to make things easy and pleasant. We have used Auto Dynamics for 10 years. They have taken great care of me and my family. Sanjay has helped us purchase 8 cars, and sell 6. Very professional, timely and always good prices. Dealership will promise you a car for one price and try to demand more once you go to pay. Deceptive dealership. Beware!

This company just makes sales because of their pricing. Their sales staff or loan personnel have no sense whatsoever of how customer service works in the US. The owner used to work for a very reputed high end auto dealership but he has not been able to train his staff at all. They lack of internal communication, when it comes to a transaction no one is on the same page, the sales staff does NOT return calls. They are in existence because of their pricing and the owner's prior contacts. read more
