Not only was he able to come out the same day, he was literally there 20 minutes after I told him she would be there waiting. In the end I simply needed a recharge. Fortunately he had the older freon available that my a/c unit needed. This stuff isn't cheap, but the charge was more than fair for the quick visit and the recharge. Phil had great communication and my a/c is blowing ice cold once again. There was plenty of opportunity to try and pull one over on my other half but that simply isn't what they do. They find the problem and fix the problem without trying to take advantage of the customer. It's difficult to find a company you can trust these days. Looking at his reviews and prior lawsuits, this theft is a pattern of behavior. It has now been a month, Miquel has gone MIA. He has failed to return my deposit and I am suing him. I had my unit inspected by two other HVAC companies who told me that he was lying and my unit is completely fine. He has been sued before for similar types of fraud and scumbag behavior. Honestly, I am relieved that he was too high to start the work in the first place because who knows what damage he would have done to my home.
