They didn't skimp on the egg roll fillings, which I really appreciated. I've gotten egg rolls from other places where it just feels like cabbage and the bare minimum pork, but this wasn't like that. They had a crispy exterior and were perfect. I really love cream cheese wontons, and they were the kind I like best with a sweet cream cheese interior.

The ONLY reason I put it at 4 stars was due to the excessive garlic chunks on the wings. This was, personally, a lot of garlic for me. If you love garlic, these wings are absolutely perfect! The wings and the other flavors were still really good and I'd love to try their wontons and dumplings. A couple of folks from our group ordered those and they went quickly!! Look them up and see what stop they'll be making next. The bonus is you might even enjoy a tasty beer from a local craft master when they're at another brewery!

Served with fries at Rosetown (but I believe not at the remote food truck) the fries are worth it. The bun was great and held up to the juicy burger. This one is not to be missed! One single and one double cheese plain came to $30 cash with tax and tip. Great value.

As evidenced by the name, Tiki Tim's focuses mainly on island inspired cuisine (save for the fried pickles). Their menu is fairly modest in size, comprised of Tiki (shrimp and crab) cakes, fish tacos, a Hawaiian influenced pulled pork sandwich and a smattering of side dishes. While the choices are limited, they've all been quite good. The fish tacos are the highlight for me, with generous pieces of crispy and not-too-greasy fish, but you really can't wrong with anything (bring a knife and fork for the pork sandwich). The converted big blue Chevy is easy to spot on the streets, the service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. Given that we're about as far from the coasts as possible and a long haul from Hawaii, it's nice to see someone aspiring to bring the tropical mindset to the streets of the Twin Cities.

Pretty simple menu, tacos and enchiladas with a choice of steak, pork, chicken and birria. The sauces they gave us had a nice bite to it. We had the steak tacos and birria enchiladas. Fresh, tasty, nice touch of cheese and the sauces were a big plus. Tacos were 3 for $12 and the enchiladas was 4 pieces for $12. They also have a variety of drinks. I hope they come back for more Vikings games and other big events at USBS.
