At the top of the menu is the famous Nashville Hot Chicken, which is exquisitely made and absolutely delicious. This food truck is (understandably) very popular, so come early, as wait times can be over an hour at their peaks and they can definitely sell out of popular items. I have not had a good fish taco since a business trip to Atlanta 3 years ago. I ordered the blackened fish taco and was very surprised to find that is was great. The fish meat was firm and not fishy in taste, the tortilla was well constructed and did not fall apart from the juice of the taco. The topping were very tasty and fresh. I would note that they have almost no spice. I would kick it up a bunch of levels for people who like tacos. A co worked had a 3 slider pulled pork lunch and he really liked it. I will try them again and I think they have a really good start on the menu. I would suggest addition of some heat and throw in some chips with the taco meal. $13 + $1 was reasonable but chips are cheap. These folks are based out of Hugo so you can find them throughout the NW burbs. You can call them or find them on their Facebook page. My food was excellent. It was the perfect combo of munchies at a brewery. Of course, I grabbed some soup since they seem to be so proud of it. I ordered a cup of beer cheese & veggie soup. It was very good, obviously made from scratch. I also grabbed a small bag of "Better Made" brand chips (made in Michigan). It's nice to see them selling an interesting snack from old school company (since 1930) that you don't see around here every day. Cool! It was a hard choice but I went with a chili dog. Again, I'm pretty sure they made the chili themselves. Just like the rest of my food, it was great. Very satisfying! Finally, the 2 owners working in the truck were very friendly.
