I went to Eggroll Queen after Springcon. They were an official vendor. The jumbo rolls were as advertised. I ordered two and ended up saving one for supper. I had the veggie one and it was delicious. You can see it is marked with a V for veggie. The dessert roll was awesome! read more

Eggroll Queen - Veggie egg roll and dessert roll - Food Trucks Near Me - Blaine, Minnesota

Have been seeing this truck all around at different fairs and festivals as they seem to be pretty popular. I love a egg roll and it's a big size. They offer: chicken, pork and veggie. One roll is good enough size for me. It's not too greasy and it hit the spot. The staff were okay, very transactional and efficient. The rolls while tasty could be better with more flavor or seasoning added. I was caught off guard by the labeling of the roll filling with a marker? On the actual roll!!?! I feel like in the year 2026 they can get a better system to keep the rolls separate ‍ read more

Party-sized egg rolls are good. Crispy, tight, and not too loaded with too much gunk! The way I like my rolls! You get 8 for about $18.You get 4 sauces. Don't ask for 1 extra! You will have to cough up .50 or walk! That was frustrating! Stopped after work to finally give these a try! They're tasty if you eat them right away. Didn't love these as leftovers. read more

It was a ridiculously hot afternoon as Arden Hills was celebrating their 75th anniversary and the Eggroll Queen food truck was there. I had wanted to try them for ages so thought I would try their small sized order. Unfortunately it was going to be a 10 minute wait and I didn't think I wanted them that badly. However, I could get the regular sized ones immediately. I got an order of 3, thinking I could share with my Dad who was with me. $15 seemed a little high but it is a food truck. Little did I know that 3 eggrolls could feed a small family! They were HUGE! Dad and I shared one of them and we both remarked on how much we enjoyed them....despite the heat! We brought the others home and I left one for him and took the other home. Many hours later, I had another half. Still tasted wonderful! This was a great treat! I thought the young man working the truck was not very friendly or helpful. Almost didn't feel like he wanted to sell anything. However, the food was great! I would definitely stop again if I saw them out and about! read more

This truck is fantastic! The chicken eggs rolls are my favorite. Pork is decent too - haven't had the veggie one. I'll often times buy 3 egg rolls, then reheat them in our Air Fryer a day or so later. Makes great leftovers. Their chicken fried rice is also pretty good. But I think their egg rolls are really the star of the show. Pricing is fine, not great but I've seen much worse. I highly recommend this truck. read more

I see Eggroll Queens truck(s) all over the place and was excited to try it as they have veggie egg rolls but boy was I disappointed by the entire interaction and the eggrolls themselves. She was at a food truck event and was the only one working her truck so a wait is to be expected. When I walked up she saw but ignored me. She then yelled through the closed glass she needed a minute at this time the line grew by a lot. She then saw this a visibly rolled her eyes. Do you not want business? When she finally opened the window she said yeah what do you want. No apology and didn't listen to my order. I wanted two veggie egg rolls and one pork. She says so two veggie and one chicken. When she handed it to me she had put all of them in the same box so I asked how I was supposed to know what was what she said they are labeled. The veggie were in fact labeled which I'm almost positive was permanent marker on the egg rolls!!! Never in my life have I seen someone write on food like that pretty sure that is not okay (I did take that part off before eating it. She did give one sauce per egg roll which was nice. The veggie literally was almost all vermicelli noodles and almost no veggies. Very minimal cabbage and carrots. Same with my mom's pork it was almost all noodles and there was absolutely no seasoning at all so they were extremely bland. Overall, there are way better egg rolls around I would spend your money somewhere else. read more

Eggroll Queen - Two veggie egg rolls and one pork (3 for $15) - Food Trucks Near Me - Blaine, Minnesota

I was venturing in Lakeville and wanted a snack to share... they were parked in the Fleet Farm parking lot. This was my second time having Eggroll Queen. I didn't love the first time, but I wanted to try again in case I was wrong. I really want to love them as they make a chicken egg roll! Thank you for this as I don't eat beef or pork, but it needs a little soy/ salt or garlic to flavor it a little more. Or maybe it just needs a good fish sauce to dunk it in vs the sweet chili sauce. We make our own turkey eggs rolls at home and make sure the flavor is bold like top egg roll restaurants in MN. Keep rocking and keeping these big egg rolls affordable at $5 each and maybe next time I will bring my own fish sauce to dip. read more

Terrible egg rolls. Very little meat and so loosely wrapped that the filling falls out. They are also very bland and boring. If they used a less lean meat the fat might give them some flavor. read more

I had the jumbo chicken egg rolls from the food truck at the rubber duck race last week and was really disappointed. Filling lacked flavor and had little to no chicken that I could see or taste. Would not go back. read more

The egg rolls are generously sized, yes but they are really very bland with no flavor at all. I ordered the 3 piece combo for $15.00 and the kid literally wrote a C for chicken on the actual egg roll and proceeded to tell me it was still edible. Personally I've always liked Lee Ann Chin Egg Rolls and they have 5 spice in them. Maybe their other food is better than the egg rolls are. read more

Ordered two chicken eggrolls from the truck at the Shoreview Farmers Market today, Jun 2, 2026. They were so dry with not much flavor. Had they been sitting somewhere for a week or something? My wife asked what it was..... I cut them open and the innards spilled out like grains of rice or something. read more

I wish it would have been better. The jumbo egg rolls were super dry- the pork in the egg rolls was so dry I could barely swallow it. I prefer the thicker eggs rolls with the thicker wrapping. These were not a favorite The fried rice I threw most of it away. It reminded me of some rice that Cub foods might serve in their hot food section. It had no flavor was greasy and just didn't taste good. Would probably pass next time. read more

I finally had a chance to eat from this food truck, now that they have a Minneapolis permit. It showed up at our Farmers Market on East Lake St. Well I did order two eggrolls and the Queens Menu, chicken fried rice, eggroll and a drink. First off, I thought the eggrolls tasted crunchy and great tasting. Very fresh and light chicken flavor. But the fried rice had to much soy sauce in it. And it made the rice very dark. The flavor was just soy sauce only. But, overall three stars from me! read more

First time trying eggroll queen and I left disappointed. They're overstuffed, which is great, but unfortunately the filling isn't where it needs to be. First, it doesn't seem to be able to decide what kind of eggroll it is. It has elements of Vietnamese and Thai but also Chinese American. The end result is it's not great at anything. The wrapper is wheat like Chinese but there is almost no cabbage- which is the main flavor in a Chinese roll. A generous amount of pork but it's ground from a lean cut so they come off dry. The rice noodle and carrots are more reminiscent of Vietnamese but there isn't much seasoning. Not the strong flavor of a roll from Que Viet or Quang. Also not served with fish sauce. Was really hoping for a traditional Chinese American eggroll. Good ones are impossible to find these days. Something like Nankin from the 70s and 80s. Guess I need to keep looking. read more

Finely ground up rice meat, and carrots is not what I call egg rolls . Could not distinguish pork, chicken or vegetables all taste the same. definitely lacking any kind of texture. read more

I'm not the only person that stalks their Facebook page to see where the food truck will be weekly, right? I can't get enough of these egg rolls. I must admit, they are the best I have ever had in the Twin Cities. They have the perfect amount of crunch, mixed in with the perfect amount of flavor. The sauce is also delicious. I'm not going to bore you with a long review about how fabulous this place is. Just go there, get all the egg rolls, and enjoy! read more

I follow Egg roll queen food truck on Facebook. I saw they were going to be at the Cub in white bear township so we decided to go there for lunch today. We ordered the pork and the chicken egg rolls. We also got a strawberry cream egg roll to share. Everything was good piping hot and delicious. I would suggest stopping at this truck if you see it in your area read more

I live by a few life rules: If the Tootsie Roll is on, dance like crazy. If an Eggroll food truck is available, run, don't walk. I literally ran to this truck when I saw it. An eggroll made fresh for $5 or 3 for $15. I think 3 is the way to go. We ordered, and they gave us a waiting-flashy-number disk so we could get out of the cold (and drink a beer at Bald Man Brewing) while we waited. It did not take long. We hopped to the front of the line (which is always satisfying) and received our two hot-from-the-oil eggrolls. They were greasy, crunchy, and really delicious. I would order them again in a minute. read more

The jumbo chicken egg roll with the sweet n sour sauce was great!! The chicken fried rice I wouldn't get again (not much flavor). The service was friendly and the ambiance was the Fleet Farm parking lot so not much I can say about that. I would go back again just for the egg rolls. read more

I fully understand why Eggroll Queen has a cult following. Stopped at the West St Paul truck tonight, talked to the nicest gentleman, got an order of chicken fried rice and a 3-pack of pork egg rolls (all to split, and glad we did - sooo much food). The rice was fluffy and flavorful, and the egg rolls were super crispy on the outside / tender and stuffed to the gills inside. I'm so glad we tried something new! read more

They were located at the Burnsville farmers market. I'm not much of a sauce person but the sauce was pretty good. I will say their chicken egg roll was DRY. I know that grease doesn't equal moist meat but the pork felt pretty dry too. They are MASSIVE so you're definitely getting a bang for your buck. Idk I probably won't get them again but if they're the only food truck available I guess I would try something else from them read more

Great egg rolls!! Highly recommend 10/10, we have followed the eggroll Queen for years, and love their egg rolls!

The food took way too long to arrive. We sat waiting for 45 minutes with no word on when it would be ready. The truck was not very busy either. Poor customer service and when I asked for an explanation the staff had a bad attitude. read more

Best eggroll in the state. Family ran business from the ground up. Highly recommend trying them out.

After seeing the truck parked at Lexington and Larpenteur several times,I tried it. I got 3 chicken egg rolls. They were handed to me before the cashier had finished giving change. Nothing worse than greasy egg rolls unless they're also cold; these were both. On the plus side, I've never seen a line waiting! read more
