I've been hearing good things about this place, so I decided to make my way to Victory Memorial Parkway and give it a try. I was surprised to find that they're not on Yelp yet, as they have been selling out of sandwiches regularly! I ordered the bodega buddy, the potato salad, and a cream soda. The sandwich was much larger than I expected and extremely filling! This would be a great meal after a long hard day of work, or to stay fueled up over lunch! It was yummy and the hamburger meat was balanced out by the fresh toppings like pickle-relish, and raw sliced jalapeños. The potato salad was a creamy homestyle dish with a bright twist through the use of fresh dill! I washed it all down with a cold pop from Northern Soda Company! Gotta love local businesses supporting other local businesses! They post their menu and schedule on Instagram, so look there first for any updates. Ambiance: They seem to pop up at Victory Memorial Parkway the most in their recognizable yellow truck. Happy to have them in the neighborhood and I hope they stay around!

I ordered Shrimp Banh Boi and Bodega Buddy with potato salad. Both sandwiches were very tasty. I liked the Banh Boi slightly more because of shrimp in it. The potato salad was very good as well. Very satisfied with the quality, quantity, taste, price and service I received. I grabbed a Brown Butter Chocolate Cip Cookie for the ride home and that was awesome as well!

I don't know if this is the same Eggroll Queen that I've had in the past, but if it is, they have…read morestepped up their GAME. The last time I tried it, I was left disappointed. A Hmong eggroll truck that changed their eggrolls to make it the Chinese American eggrolls; wrapper, fillings and all. THIS Eggroll Queen, is sticking close to her Hmong roots. An eggroll that is more meat and noodle based with a good mix of vegetables to keep it from drying out. I always like to try and support small businesses so I wanted to give them another shot, and I'm glad I did. I got one pork eggroll and I'm glad I only got the one cause that sucker was HUGE. The eggroll was flavorful and seasoned well. The little sauce dipping cup with adorable, adorned with their label now. 100%, I finally had the famous state fair egg rolls this year and I think the Eggroll Queen beats them by far. Only thing they might have on them is the extra crunch factor due to the rice paper wrapper and might be preferred for people who prefer more meat but no disrespect to the Eggroll Queen at all, their wrapper was also crispy and had plenty of meat. I will say, service wasn't memorable in any good or bad way--the interaction was kind of forgettable. But don't take that as a negative, as there were no issues. I'm happy to say, I'll be having another eggroll again at some point, but I might have to save up my calorie count for it.

My co-workers had the blackened fish tacos which were equally as good. They also have a poke ahi tuna taco. We all kind of shied away from raw fish from a food truck. Great food all around!…read more I walked up and saw that they had sliders. Not my jam but then I saw that they had FISH TACOS !!!! I have not had a good fish taco since a business trip to Atlanta 3 years ago. I ordered the blackened fish taco and was very surprised to find that is was great. Not that I didn't think they could do it but I have had some bad fish tacos. The fish meat was firm and not fishy in taste, the tortilla was well constructed and did not fall apart from the juice of the taco. The topping were very tasty and fresh. I would note that they have almost no spice. I would kick it up a bunch of levels for people who like tacos. A co worked had a 3 slider pulled pork lunch and he really liked it. I will try them again and I think they have a really good start on the menu. I would suggest addition of some heat and throw in some chips with the taco meal. $13 + $1 was reasonable but chips are cheap. The staff was really nice, they looked clean, the truck was well put together and clean. Really good food experience right next to my office.

After the third or 4th time in a row we went there and were disappointed we stopped going. Its been awhile since our last visit, i think it was this spring/early summer. I hope the lady is doing well. She was always so nice.
