We stored some household items here for a few months while we found a house. Upon retrieving our items and unboxing, we noticed several boxes had cockroaches! Also, each time we visited our unit, the alarm would go off and the management would pay us a visit, super annoying when you just want to get your things and get. For what this place charges, these two issues should not exist because your things are NOT safe here! read more

Tried to go up the street to Oakley Self Storage since we already have a unit there but I arrived within business hours for Sunday and the door was locked and no one was there! Disappointing! After that, we decided to give our money to somewhere else! Decided to drive back up the street and go to Cypress Self Storage! And let me say we were NOT disappointed! Update: On my second visit to this facility I spoke with a nice woman at the front desk for awhile. During the conversation I was taken aback and completely offended when she said the "N word" during the retelling of a story about her "black son in law". Needless to say I have not returned to the inside of the office. I also called today to ask about a service that I was told about upon move in where your allowed to use the facility truck to move your items in. I explained that I was having a home built in the new neighborhood across the street and that I would not be using the storage until closer to my closing date. I was told that it wasn't a problem and that I would be able to use the truck. I spoke to the new manager today and he told me that I would not be able to use the truck because it is only for new renters . I'm definitely indifferent about this storage facility now. I guess we're past the honeymoon phase. read more

Superb front desk service. I came in on a Saturday to inquire for my parents, then came back the next day to grab a unit. As soon as I walked in, Sam remembered me from the day before. (Maybe cause I was wearing the same shirt idk lol) Anywho, Sam was great. I didn't even know she was a newer associate. She knew her job and far beyond. Great customer service. Just about a mile and a half from my house made this storage easily accessible. Climate controlled interior spaces are great for your belongings that require it. There's even piped in music! The price per month makes it easy on the wallet too! read more

Storage place is great , clean and staff is good. but the one down fall is that they have 1 cart available in the whole entire storage facility. Every time I come I either have to wait a long time for a cart or just hand carry everything to the second floor with multiple trips. If people are putting them in their storage units and not bringing the carts back out well then it's time to start checking cameras and cutting locks. Very unhappy with this storage facility. read more

I walked in, there five people behind the counter and not one person acknowledged me until I walked up the counter and stood there. Then when the older lady started working with me, she was extremely rude. She cut me off while I was talking, telling me she didn't care what I was storing (after asking what I was storing) and said she knew better about what I needed than I did. She was very condescending, I asked if they have any issues with big moving trucks coming in and she said yes, they can't have too big of a truck because they ruined her gate once. I was astounded because the space looked large with a lot of clearance. It was like she was doing everything she could to be rude so that I would decide to leave. Only reason I continued is because the other younger lady was nice. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to Oakley Self Storage, they were fantastic and much more pleasant to work with. read more
