Online classes are available for the first half of the course which worked very well with school schedules. Three out of four of the instructors we dealt with were excellent; they gave good instructions, had a lot of patience and even more humor. The 4th instructor was a little impatient and inflexible in his directions. Oh well. The cars are clean and in good shape. Beki at the front desk went out of her way to make certain things ran smoothly and well for the clients; she puts customers first. This a very thorough teaching school; it might take a little longer than some of the other schools that seem to be popping up, but your new driver will be better for it.

This is my review of Awesome Riding Intermediate school. The coach Andrew had vast knowledge of…read moremotorcycling. It took a while for me to aclimate to the teaching style since I'm an older gent but then I found my groove. You stay quiet and listen when asked if you have any questions speak up and own your mistakes. Everyone's riding was critiqued and we all learned from each others mistakes. It was a rainy last part of the day the Connex provided little shelter for the elements, but to me that was a learning experience too while on the road on a motorcycle. We continue to ride in the rain and with wet sloshing riding gear and I feel this better prepared me for a wet weather riding if it so how happened. The course is a hard-core intermediate range and you are expected to have certain skills beginners beginners please do not take this course. Notes: Prepare snacks, cold water, towel, dress for weather. No time to go to your car during breaks so have your back pack or cooler, bathroom done before class do not eat a big meal and develop your stamina for 5 hrs to 6hrs riding. The intermediate course is not easy as you think the class focuses on turning tight and maneuvering safely a lot. Keep your eyes and ears on the coach during prep on each course, so prepare prepare prepare, afterwards you will be exhilarated on what was accomplished when you get your eval and receiving the cert card.

Excellent CDL Training Experience!…read more I had a great experience at this CDL school! The trainers are professional, patient, and really know how to prepare you for the road. The equipment is in great condition, and the yard setup makes it easy to learn and practice safely. The office staff is friendly, organized, and always willing to help with any questions or paperwork. This is a certified school approved by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and appears in the Texas Provider Registry (TPR) -- everything is done the right way and by the book. I truly recommend this school to anyone serious about getting their CDL. Excellent training, great people, and a professional environment all around.

I passed the DPS testing off the strength of myself using a website that goes over everything with you and shows the testing questions. When you get to the yard is when the headache comes, this isnt your average school that's gonna be there training you or helping you. You will learn to recite everything from a sheet of paper, if you are a hands on person, you will disconnect from what it is you're reading. You pretty much learn on your own and there is no helping you even if you ask. The only way I was able to pass the pre trip is by listening to this lady recite hers, she was the only one who knew how to speak English well. The school is great for those who knows about trucks and those who don't know how to speak English well. There was a lady there who been there for months trying to pass the course but mines was cancelled after I went through a license suspension and they marked me for showing no progress. There is no progress to be shown if there is a disconnect with the instructors and I'm not able to understand and learn from my peers when they don't speak proper English. My course was paid for in full , so I don't agree with the cancellation when you allowed someone to be there working on their CDL for over 5 months. The school also was very far from my home, it was frustrating to have to drive out there just to sit by myself and go over a sheet of paper. I wouldn't recommend this school, honestly if there is a way to get your CDL without dealing with these schools that's what you should do!
