My son aced his test and hasn't yet wrecked a car, so it seems the driving school was worth the money.

Two kids' driving tests done here. Super friendly and convenient. Will be using them again.

I strongly recommend the entire teen drivers education process, including road test, to those that need this service.

Absolutely no customer service. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. The online chat…read moreis never available. We did not receive a certificate after finishing the online course, so cannot go on to behind-the-wheel training. No one is helping us. It's a black hole.

Tried to sign up for two Texas Defensive Driving Online Courses, for self and spouse, but the…read morewebsite got us mixed up and incorrectly said email was already registered when spouse later tried to enroll using a "referral" email that I requested to be sent. Trying to rectify this, customer service reset password to spouse's non-existent account and somehow that caused my payment, course progress, and all other enrollment details to strangely become associated with spouse's email instead. This in turn broke the ability for me to log in with my own email, even on another device, and subsequently I was no longer even enrolled in the course despite having an enrollment confirmation email and payment receipt. The website apparently can't handle one user logging out and another user logging in on the same PC (or perhaps two users in the same house if they're tracking by IP address). Once the accounts were messed up it didn't even help to use different PC's. Taylor tried to help via Online Chat, but I was already aggravated at that point and requested a refund versus waiting for a technician to sort out the website anomalies. We had no problem with customer service (they were very quick to respond via Chat); just technical issues getting two users enrolled on the website.

Went in, did my driving test and passed for less than 100$. They let you use their vehicle if you…read morepay 15$. If this is what you're going to this school for, then it's great value and worth it. I wouldn't recommend actually learning from this place (seems overpriced compared to just doing it online). But if you don't have the time to teach your kids to drive, seems like this place will work. I wouldn't know tho, never went to this place for actual driver ed classes. Customer service was good. Never had any problems. Chill environment, driving instructor during the test is very easy to work with. Front desk ladies are helpful with informing me of all the documents I needed.

I attended both the classroom and driving instruction, but stopped attending after the third driving lesson. The lady who answers the phone, Susan Seeton, has a bit of a bad attitude, but was a great classroom instructor. She explained every concept thoroughly, and made sure you understood before moving on. The driving instructors, on the other hand, didn't seem to have any redeeming qualities. My final time was with a black gentleman (I don't remember his name), and he had a terrible attitude, was rude, and unprofessional. After I had gotten in the car, he asked me what to do next, I said "buckle up." and for some reason he mocked me for saying this and got angry i didn't say it in a more proper tone ?? He would scream at me and slam his fists on the dashboard if I did not change lanes quickly enough, said he hoped I would hit the curb so he could hear me scream, and embarrassed me in front of a woman in the backseat, who was also a student. He stressed that I should turn the wheel "hand-to-hand", which no normal driver does, and the technique made me turn sloppy and far too slow for traffic. Anytime I would turn the normal way, he would grab my hand and try to force me to turn the wheel the dumb way. genuinely contemplated finding a place to park and switching right then and there. If it was not for the classroom instruction, I would've given the place one star.
