Cypress Creek had great reviews, so even though it was a longer commute, we wanted a positive experience. We purchased the 6 lesson package for my daughter and it was a good fit. She already had some driving experience, but she needed some fine tuning. Each lesson was 1.5 hours and my daughter's driving ability and comfort behind the wheel improved. After the 6th lesson, we scheduled her road test with an extra lesson right before. She was thrilled when she passed. I'm very happy with our experience. My daughter says she highly recommends Cypress Creek Driving Academy and so do I.

Online classes are available for the first half of the course which worked very well with school schedules. Three out of four of the instructors we dealt with were excellent; they gave good instructions, had a lot of patience and even more humor. The 4th instructor was a little impatient and inflexible in his directions. Oh well. The cars are clean and in good shape. Beki at the front desk went out of her way to make certain things ran smoothly and well for the clients; she puts customers first. This a very thorough teaching school; it might take a little longer than some of the other schools that seem to be popping up, but your new driver will be better for it.

Also, signing up for drives is a bit of a challenge as well. They now have an online system but getting the times that work for your schedule can be difficult and they fill up quickly. The good news is they give you a reasonable amount of time to get them all completed and you are responsible for setting the schedule so it is flexity. It is not cheap but my sanity was worth it.

She would yell at my daughter for not doing what she was told, when in reality she just gave the wrong instructions, or gave instructions far too late for my daughter to conduct them safely (i.e asking her to turn when she was going 40 mph and the turn was less than 50 ft away, then getting mad when she didn't do what was told regardless of safety). Most other instructors were fine, but it is not normal for my daughter to cry after each lesson with Ms. Hubble. From what I've seen leaving reviews does nothing in relation to firing this instructor (who has many other negative reviews), so I'm simply writing this in hopes that another parent or student avoids being schedueld with her. If higher ups are reading this review, for the love of god fire this woman because she no longer has the brain capacity to tell her left from right, let alone teach how to properly drive.
