While Jane seemed familiar with basic procedures, she was unable or unwilling to provide clear answers to more detailed questions. So you may guess I am not a knee dragger. The RideSmart school I took was in Cresson Texas at a dynamite track. The school breaks down into 4 groups numbered 1, 2 and 3. The beginners, 1 are further broken down into first timers and riders who have attended prior track days. The beginner class was very well staffed with one instructor for every 6 to 8 students. The day is broken into a series of sessions in which you are progressively given more riding coaching and classroom review. Lots of riding! And you get one on one coaching from your track sessions. There are extraordinary riders on very hot bikes. I was welcomed and did not feel out to place on the GS.
