We tried to enroll our child but were repeatedly given no response or minimal communication. This is after we had toured the school twice and met teachers. Then, we were asked to fill out the same form multiple times after emailing it to the administrator in charge. It does not have to be this hard to attend a school. We had no problem attending a different one close to our house. Our experience with Prescolaire was disappointing.

The people who work here are so kind and patient with kids, and I can tell they really love their kids and job! My only regret is not putting him in daycare sooner. He has learned so much! By the time he started pre k he knew his abc's and numbers and colors! He moved on to the 4 year old class with Mrs.Delores. She is such a caring and amazing teacher! I was sad when he turned 5 and moved to a different class, but his current teacher is just as great and he always has fun stories to tell me about his day. She is also helping him learn to finish his daily work. He would never finish just scribble. Ive seen so much improvement! I'm so proud of my big boy! I LOVE LOVE LOVE his teachers past and present! My other son started when he was 18 months. He is still having a hard time at drop offs, but when I check on my phone and see him on the cameras he is always playing and having fun. The amount of knowledge he has gained here in the first few months was great, but now it is amazing! He is 2 and know's his ABC's, how to count to 10, some colors, and just talks so well! Everyday he says something new to amaze me. He sings songs he learns in class, and the sign language! OMG! He knows quite a few signs and it just amazes me everytime I see him use them! I highly recommend this daycare! You will not regret it!

I released my live in nanny to maintain this higher education at 17 Kids r Kids in Stafford. My only words are 'Service is a scam", teachers hired are NOT certified. My son went in potty trained and reverted backward. If you have a complaint your child gets picked on by 3 adults one being a Manager. They have been seen grabbing, yanking as my child has come home angry with many fingernail markings and bruises. He fought me 3 weeks straight not to go in the mornings. Was until i witnessed from the watch me grow cam that these teachers are targeting certain kids. I've witnessed my child get accused of something I watched another do. The teachers are not professional and to see my son dragged not once but twice across the room just broke my heart. All they can do is write your child up and say "He did this or that". He's 2 yrs of age and the direction they claim to "Redirrect was more like bullying my child", "There's abuse inside", manhandling and racism. My son took 1 full nap in the 2 weeks that he started from a teacher who really cared about my dons needs, 'that no longer works at that facility'. They really need to be evaluated and until new staff are placed I'll never recommend anyone's filybto take such a risk.

My son went to a different day care in the area for a while and he used to come home with scratches and bite marks ( at the time I thought well he's a kid around their kids, I guess that's a normal thing) but after sending him here, I never had those issues... All the kids are mixed together and not serrated by age like the other day cares... I actually liked that a lot better because he learned how to act around smaller kids but he also advanced a lot quicker because he was playing with bigger kids so he learned how to talk faster. The ladies that work here are really nice and keep the place very clean and well maintained. If your looking for a daycare in this area, I would definitely recommend this place.

My youngest has had Ms. Gabby and Ms. Destinee - both wonderful teachers who genuinely love children. You can see the warmth radiate out of them. Their high energy paired with their patience and ability to teach young kids amaze me daily. My oldest recently came out of Ms. Peace (who is incredible!!) and is now in Ms. Lavanya's class, the care that both teachers provide my son have been immeasurable. We're incredibly grateful we toured, as Ms. Petra and Ms. Pamela were very welcoming and informative in letting us know what their programs offer as well as what to expect with this being the first time our son would be without us. They were very transparent about rates/policies and gave us a bunch of info to take home and review. They offer a free trial day where you can bring your child for a few hours to see if it's the right fit before officially enrolling them. We decided it would be a good place to try and the schedule we chose was within our budget. It took a few weeks for him to acclimate, but now he's excited to go to school and actively participates in group activities. We can absolutely tell that he enjoys his class & teachers, as he's been coming out of his shell. Everyone is very friendly and the facility in general is very clean and organized. The teachers keep you updated on your child throughout the day (what they ate/diaper checks/activities) via an app and you also have camera access to your child's classroom in case you want to check in. Each class is separated by age groups and the student to teacher(s) ratio is very reasonable. My son's classroom has circle time, several developmental areas (music/pretend play/building blocks/math/art/language & literacy/independent play), access to an outdoor play area/splash & water play area/gardening area, and healthy meals made fresh every day. The directors and front desk ladies are very friendly & communicative. They're great at keeping parents updated on upcoming classes your child can participate in (like dance/yoga), anything to be aware of at the school (policy reminders, class registration deadlines, illness prevention protocol reminders, etc.), reminders of upcoming fun activities to be prepared for like Splash Day/Picnic Lunch Day/holiday activities, etc. Overall our experience with La Petite in Sugar Land has been wonderful. The activities are age appropriate and geared towards development; and fun for the kids! The facility is clean and well kept-I have never smelled anything other than food (which my son loves) or cleaning products. There are opportunities for extracurricular activities and programming for parents (which I intended to take advantage of but my schedule just didn't allow). Parental well being is encouraged by parent's night out where the staff graciously extend their day and allow us to be able to have kid free time to use as we please. Each day we are greeted by staff, and I have not had one negative encounter. Everyone is always positive and kind to myself and my son. I have seen him progress and grow in our short time here, and for that I am thankful. Security and safety are a priority, with codes and diligent staff who monitor incoming and outgoing persons. I love that I am able to check in on my son via the camera system, and also receive updates regularly during the day via the app from teachers. I can truly say that this is one of the best day care experiences I have had. Being a first time parent comes with a lot of uncertainty and all of the staff at this location have made me feel secure and go about my work days with ease knowing that my toddler is in good hands.
