Cypress Creek had great reviews, so even though it was a longer commute, we wanted a positive experience. We purchased the 6 lesson package for my daughter and it was a good fit. She already had some driving experience, but she needed some fine tuning. Each lesson was 1.5 hours and my daughter's driving ability and comfort behind the wheel improved. After the 6th lesson, we scheduled her road test with an extra lesson right before. She was thrilled when she passed. I'm very happy with our experience. My daughter says she highly recommends Cypress Creek Driving Academy and so do I.

However, once I signed up, the level of customer service changed dramatically. When I called with questions, the phone representative, Jane, was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Scheduling drive times was unnecessarily difficult, and the instructions provided throughout the process were often unclear and inadequate. The online portal is outdated, poorly organized, and not user-friendly, making an already frustrating process even more challenging. While Jane seemed familiar with basic procedures, she was unable or unwilling to provide clear answers to more detailed questions. Instead of receiving helpful guidance, I often felt rushed off the phone without the information I needed. Driving education is an important investment for both parents and teenagers. Families should expect professionalism, clear communication, and responsive customer service throughout the entire experience--not just during enrollment. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. After completing their full course, they refused to provide the paperwork for me to take to DMV unless I paid to test with them or paid $50 to get paperwork switched to "parent taught" even though I went through their entire program and just wanted the paperwork I needed to test at DMV, where it costs $16 instead of $80 like it did here. My daughter couldn't do one of the home work assignments in class bc the qr code wouldn't work, they refused to email me a link to it when I asked, so the teacher just told her to copy someone else's answers down the next day without watching the video. Driving times are supposed to be an hour, but often they either started late or returned early, often as much as 15 minutes early. She never drove on the freeway and spent 2 complete classes in the parking lot.

We arrived here on a Saturday in Mid-March on a sunny day where the track was filled with vehicles and nothing but sounds of engines and tires screeching. If you're a racing guy or someone who loves cars, then this was paradise. As you pull in here, there's a garage with a bleachers area that oversees the track. The track has some sharp turns making it a fun yet nervewracking experience if you're not familiar with the track. By my second and third laps in the car, I got the hang of it and decided to let it rip. Boy oh boy, I get why people are obsessed with vehicles and engines since the feeling from the acceleration is pure ecstasy from a thrill perspective. Depending what events are here, I encourage people to try this at least once for the experience. It's not cheap so be prepared to spend some cash for the need for speed!
