I would recommend this service to family and friends. The instructors are patient, polite and professional.

They were great to work with! I really enjoyed taking my lesson with my driver and was able to pass my driving test on my first try!

It offers a combination of classroom and driving training. My kids did not complain too much so it must be A-OK or I would have heard about it. There are some inconveniences.......parking for pick-up and drop off are a challenge......and worrisome since you can image all those young drivers driving their parents huge SUVs buzzing around. Also, signing up for drives is a bit of a challenge as well. They now have an online system but getting the times that work for your schedule can be difficult and they fill up quickly. The good news is they give you a reasonable amount of time to get them all completed and you are responsible for setting the schedule so it is flexity. It is not cheap but my sanity was worth it.

Extremely hit or miss instructors, some decide to not even talk or do their job. A few instructors…read morewere specifically horrible either because they communicated through grunts and hand signals, or were condescending and think name calling is appropriate as a full grown adult. Im a good driver because of the helpful ones I got out there but sometimes it felt like the real challenge ws dealing with the instructors. One time specifically I had an appointment at the Montrose location, and the instructor called and rudely asked where I was because he thought it was at the Bellaire location. Then the company had the audacity to charge me a 75 dollar no-show fee for the instructor going to the wrong location. I got a refund but that's an absurd fee even if it was my fault for a SINGLE missed appointment, these guys are NOT getting paid more than 75 bucks an hour that is most definitely greed on the companies part. Also the online teen courses are miserable and feel like they were made by AI, multiple grammar and spelling mistakes each lesson that make it look like the course designer was having a stroke. I was dealt a bad hand too because as a teen I was signed up for a full 37 hours of instruction time with SafeWay, so all my hours would come from them. It made it impossible to log parent hours with the DMV so I therefore had to take 10-11 MONTHS trying to schedule appointments as much as humanly possible as a student. Horrible scheduling availability and understaffing at it's finest. I know how to drive very well now but it's an absolute embarrassment for me not having my license 7 months past my 16th birthday because of this slimy company. 1.5/10 company but for the real ones who actually helped me learn as instructors and had really nice conversations with me you get 10/10's

I don't know exactly what their business model is at this driving school but what they do is that…read morethey go into residential areas that shouldn't have to deal with student drivers harassing them and also trespassing on peoples property. They should stay out of areas where they have no business in they will walk on your lawn and look at your vehicles and have their friends lean up all against your stuff also if you ask them to politely leave they will argue with you and keep doing what they're doing this business seems highly shady. I would not recommend it to anyone. The fact that they can even come into residential areas that are restricted is unreal and unbelievable they should train drivers on purely commercial roads rather than disrupting quiet neighborhoods. Note to this business not sure if this is the location, but they need to find more professional avenues to conduct their training.

My daughter drove around the neighborhood and did some work on reversing out of a driveway a lot - which I didn't know that was part of the test in getting her license (note sarcasm). My daughter drove for 50 minutes before Tristian changed seats with my daughter and said she was going to drive her around what the next lesson would cover. Ahhh, I didn't purchase 2 sessions. I purchased a 2 hour lesson where my daughter got instruction on her driving. After Tristian started driving, she drove to Wendy's to get herself lunch. She was hungry. My daughter sat in the car waiting for approximately 15 minutes while Tristian was inside getting food. She brought her food out and drove my daughter around for another 30 minutes, while she ate her food and looked at google maps showing my daughter more of what the next lesson would cover. Tristian dropped my daughter off 15 minutes early too. So I paid a high price for 2 hour of "hands on" driving with an experienced trainer but instead got my daughter driving for less than 1 hour, really mastered backing out of a driveway (wth) and then learned how to drive while eating and playing on her phone. I complained and requested a full refund, which I got without too much fighting. Luckily the sessions are recorded. Not happy with the service at all. Can't believe she still has a job because the next day they asked me to tip her. Ahhh huh?
