I paid $180 for an inspection, and they performed…read moredishonest, dangerously lazy work. ​I have photographic proof of the following: ​Blatant lies: They marked my oil level as "LOW" on the invoice. My sight glass shows it is perfectly full with clean oil. Note: i asked them to not do oil change because i do that myself. ​Dangerous negligence: They claimed to adjust my chain, but my "before and after" photos prove the alignment marks and slack never changed. Worse, they left the backing lock-nuts on BOTH the right and left swingarms completely loose. ​Loose hardware: Both brake fluid reservoir caps were left loose with noticeable play in them. I had to personally tighten the screws down further myself so they wouldn't leak or vibrate off. ​Skipped work: I explicitly asked for a throttle and clutch cable adjustment. They didn't even touch them--the play is exactly the same as when I dropped it off. ​Leaving critical hardware loose on both sides of the axle and completely ignoring requested safety adjustments after a paid inspection is incredibly unsafe. It feels like they will lie to scare you into buying unneeded services and send you out the door on an unsafe bike. Avoid RS Speed Shop at all costs.

The parts department has people that deal with dozens, if not hundreds of unique requests in the course of a day. The folks behind the counter are knowledgeable in a vast array of applications. I'm still trying to stump them. They often have the parts I want, whether a chain, brake pads, or synthetic engine oil in stock. And even when they don't, they are more than happy to special order and get my items in a few days with no shipping cost added. 5 stars out of 5.

I had a mishap to the paint on my car when a thin cover sheet of plastic (used by professional painters) intended to protect my automobile from painters over spray, left what can only be describe as "a shadow hologram " on my paint. I was visiting a friend's home at the time of this mishap. It was raining the day my automobile was covered and when the sun came out the next day, the combination of sun, moisture and plastic covering, left behind these markings where the wet plastic baked in the sun. The painters themselves never had seen such a thing. Nothing I tried would remove this "hologram" including car wax, auto car wash soap, a clay product a neighbor tried and even solvents like WD 40 and 3M adhesive remover, as advertised on Youtube. I found the answer, thanks to Fernando who was instrumental in picking the correct product and explained in detail how to best use it. IT WORKED!! I was able to remove the "hologram" that the plastic left stuck to my clear coat without damaging my paint job. I cannot thank Fernando enough for his expertise. I will use this shop for all my detailing questions and purchasing products future forward.

I showed up to pick it up when the parts show up. They're the wrong parts. I get it. Mistakes happen. I promptly informed the parts rep that those are not the parts that I ordered Her response is a stern "well that's what you ordered" Twitch I then began looking at my order. She looks it up in the system, and then realizes that truly they are the wrong part. No apology no accountability no owning the mistake. It's just always the customer's fault at Napa. Even when it's not.
