Needed some tires, called up this location of America's tire. The gentlemen that answered found my tires in 2 minutes and asked me to stop by for a look. Was there in the next 15 minutes. He did a full tire inspection and made some recommendations. Ultimately he respected the choices I made and didn't try to push anything. He was very nice, patient and professional. 45 minutes later I was leaving with new tires, at a decent price. I couldn't be happier. I would not recommend anyone to go here unless you want a bunch of high school kids working on your car. They do not care about your vehicle it's all about being quick and selling products. Unfourtenetly we had one of their staff members back into our car while it was waiting to be serviced. At first there was no transparency. I just happened to walk outside and saw huge dent on the car. I had to ask a few staff members and they all played dumb. Finally one said to go inside and talk to the manager. Manager said a staff member backed another customers vehicle into our vehicle. They submitted a claim but the entire incident felt very shady. Would they have said anything if we didn't notice? After that incident they started having someone help with backing out the cars out of the bay. There was no apologies from anyone. They all either played dumb or didn't say anything to us. read more

The time vrs price was a bit wanting. I set up a time previously but it still took a while. Dig the new tires but the expense was extreme.

I have been a customer of Americas Tire for many years now. I have loved their customer service and price point. I understand this is a new location. However, I came in for tire sensor replacement and it took over an hour and a half! They never reset the alert on my car and within a day my car said it had a sensor malfunction. I went to my usual Americas Tire in Salinas. They fixed it within 30 minutes. I just think it's ridiculous I waited so long, and the problem wasn't fixed and paid $200. Luckily they were also under warranty so Salinas could replace them! read more

My husband got a flat tire and americas tire offers free repairs so long as the tire is repairable. Customer service is amazing. Brandon helped us and showed us some options for a replacement if a repair was not available. Location offers seating options. I did not see any coffee machine or beverages which is always a nice addition when waiting for your car. Bathrooms and lobby are very clean. Parking lot has plenty of spaces. read more

My check tire light came on as I was driving by. Stopped without any research because the two gas stations on the way there were under construction. The manager, Curran, told me that I could wait 45 mins or come ack then, I came back and they took me immediately. They were able to patch the tire on the spot, no charge. I'll be back whenever I have tire needs. Also while they were checking the condition of the tire, they quoted me the price of a new tire, should it be necessary. The price was comparable to Costco and available in a few weeks. Not needed, but will keep me coming back. read more

Brandon was courteous and expedient. He priced me out four tires that would fit my truck. I told him it would be a few hours before I could arrive there. This store deserves 5 stars a 100 times over. I stopped to have my tires checked before driving home due to hitting a pothole. Turns out two of my tires were pretty much gone. Turns out I not only need tires but I had bent rims. If there's a hero who saved the day and is a real life Superman, it's OZ. He was so understanding to our situation and wanted us to feel safe driving home. It worked out that we got to stay an extra night. I didn't have to drive in the dark and the next day he had rims as promised. I can't express my gratitude to OZ and the guys who service cars for him. I bought tires online and was able to schedule a same day appointment through their website, which was quick and easy. When I arrived, Brandon greeted me with a smile and checked me in right away. After my car had been in the bay for a bit, Oz came over and let me know the tires I purchased weren't actually in stock and he wasn't sure how the same day appointment was even available; it sounded like a website glitch. I walked in with a sleeping 16 month old on my waist thinking this was the other place i ordered the tires from but alas.. it was not. Had a flat and brought in for repair on a Monday. I'd changed the tire - and knew where the puncture was. They told me it couldn't be repaired. I am a 40 year discount tire customer and the tires were getting old so didn't argue and bought 4 new tires. Later that week I brought my daughter's car in, also for a flat repair, confident it too was fixable. Once again they told me it wasn't and sold me a new tire. Fortunately they forgot to mention it wasn't in stock so I would have to go back the next day. Rethinking my brand loyalty- I stopped at another shop on the way home - where they patched the tire without the slightest hesitation or concern. Further insult was when i called to cancel the order and told them what happened (twice?) they offered to buy me a new tire i didn't need....a few hundred books wasn't the issue. Meanwhile, we lounged around in the lobby. Very clean within 10 to 15 minutes our guy came out and said he found the problem.
