Monday I called around noon to see if they had the tires and I was told they ordered the wrong tires by accident and it would be another day. I called Tuesday and was told it would be another day before tires arrived. Wednesday I called and was told they had the tires but were really busy and could I come in Thursday. I dropped it off Thursday and was told to check back late afternoon. So I called around 4 pm and was told they were still waiting on one of the tires and would Friday be ok. I finally got it back Friday afternoon, a week after calling. I didn't need my truck that week so we managed but if someone relied on their vehicle and really needed the work, what would they do? Plus I wax asked for my credit card information during the first call so I was sort of trapped.

They took the tire off and put it into the dunk tank just in case. Since there was no issue, they didn't charge me for anything. I made sure to take care of the person helping me for their time. Piece o' cake 3rd visit in Dec 2025 - My car needed an alignment due to pothole in Salinas. City Manager's office told me that I could request reimbursement since fault was by the City. Luis, Sullivan's service agent, understood the mission & made sure that car had a suspension inspection prior to the alignment. Safety is very important for all vehicles on the road. Alignment was completed, all fees remained consistent without surprises, and customer service was the best. I was provided with documentation (txt and paper copies) for my records & to file a claim. Waiting area is clean & well-stocked with a variety of beverages to keep us hydrated during our wait. Entire property is clean & well-maintained. Staff don't just talk, they understand automotive AND human behavior.
