They claim "What if AAA tighten it" I don't even have AAA Insurance clown

DO NOT SHOP HERE! If I can give it a 0 I would I repeat DO NOT SHOP HERE! I called to TWW looking for some tires for my truck due to Good Ratings. But Dan was I wrong They clearly do not know what the F**k they're doing. "Professionals" nothing but a bunch of idiots that do not know how to do their job. I went in just for a simple tire change and alignment. Came in 1 1/2 before they closed I asked if they had time do switch all 4 tires including alignment they agreed to switching the tires but not the alignment since it was almost closing time. I agreed & for that I paid the price. They were rushing to get done if you guys were such in a rush because you guys were gonna close couldn't you guys tell me to come back another day? Before you guys started the job. No. Yall just money hungry clown assthinking you know what you guys are doing but you guys don't even have a F**ken clue to what you're doing. Go back to your front desk instead of switching tires. You guys have "Mechanics" all I see is some lazy ass people who do not know how to work and just complaing stating "it's gonna be a long while if your planning to wait" I said don't worry that's fine. He kept insisting saying he doesn't like to get bothered that he just wants to work and that it's gonna be a hard job since it's only him in the shop. Like ?? Instead of wasting that time talking to me. Get to work. I didn't ask either you were gonna take all day or not. I wasn't rushing I just wanted my truck to get fixed on something that YOU GUYS BROKE and clearly refused to be liable. I wasn't rushing & told him straight up do your job man if you lag as long as you get it done. Nope they refuse stating they do not know how to get it welded out. (mind you if I weld it out my rim is fu** due to the sparks of the welder.) they refused to give me a refund of even cover the cost of Labor to fix the damage. They literally cross threaded my lug nuts. Blamed it on "the last person who touched it tighten it to much" like what a clown can't even own up to your own mistakes after knowing damm well you guys fucked up. I was like if you don't want to fix it then atleast give me a refund for what I've paid & they refused. I hope and yall see what time of business they are making their clients leaving with a broken lug nut. I came back the following business day since I was told to come back due to it "being closing time" which why are they going to start a job and leave it half ways.? When clearly it was their fault but yet they blame it on "the last person to do it tighten it to much" won't take any responsibility. Went back and again they refused to fix what they broke. So I asked for a refund they refused. Yall are some clowns and you guys know it saying "what if AAA tighten it more" like ? I don't even have AAA you retarted dumbfuck. Learn to do business the right way instead of screwing people over. Take responsibility of your workers actions. For the same price go down the street to a Mexican tire shop they will hook you up 7 days a week where they wont refuse you service and tell you "it's not my problem" after they broken a part of your vehicle. When it was clearly the tire technician fault. I repeat DO NOT SHOP HERE! Go down the street better price better quality because clearly they do not know what the Fu** their doing. Oh I got proof yall broke it DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want your vehicle damaged and get told "not my problem go somewhere else to fix it" Clearly why are yall in the tire business if you can't fix a damm Broken lug nutclown ass people including the owner. Matt you don't know what the hell your even doing I suggest you guys learn to take responsibility of your own actions If you just would've said yes to given me a refund I would've let slide the lug nut but you just wanted to be a dick a complete refuse service to me.

Took my car in to get my car tires replaced, which they did very quickly, but they scratched my front left wheel and refused to pay for any of the damages. They got mad at me for wanting them to pay for the damages they caused, and then walked away and said "I'm not paying for this."

    Plyr Uno? Seriously?

Oil change ($85) and tire rotation ($25). Synthetic oil. Expensive, whatever. An employee decided to pair his phone to my car and now I can't pair my own phone which has been connected to it for THREE FVCKING YEARS! Is this standard practice for your employees?! There's NO REASON any of your employees should be in contact with anything related to my radio except for the POWER BUTTON. I mean what the fvck?! Plyr Uno?! Come the fvck on! Really?

Great old school shop. Perfect alignment on my old Ranger (230k miles). Straight and true hands off the wheel.

They took me right away for a wheel alignment even though they were obviously busy. They do good work which is why I keep coming back.

Mike the owner gave me a great deal on 4 tires and he said I put these on my daughters car, top of the line.

Unfortunately, the other shop gave me very few answers. I paid $305 for the diagnosis, but the report I received from the other shop was extremely basic. They also didn't give me a list of the parts that needed to be replaced, a breakdown of the labor costs, or much of an explanation of how they came to the conclusion that I needed a $4,800 repair. When I asked for more information, they were irritated with me and very dismissive. When I went to CARS, the experience was completely different. Michelle, the Office Manager, has been wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable about automotive repairs, but more importantly, she knows how to explain things in a way that makes sense to someone who isn't a mechanic. She genuinely wants her customers to understand what's going on with their vehicle and feel comfortable with their options. I never felt rushed, talked down to, or pressured. At CARS, asking questions is welcomed, and you're treated with patience and respect. I'm extremely grateful to Michelle and CARS for their patience, kindness, and willingness to help. It's refreshing to find a repair shop that makes you feel like an informed and respected customer, rather than just another opportunity to make money!

After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars trying to solve an ongoing check engine light issue…read moreat other shops, we finally found the team that got it right. I can't say enough good things about Michelle, Hank, and the entire team at Cars LLC. From the beginning, they genuinely cared about helping us solve the problem instead of just trying to sell us unnecessary repairs. Their honesty, experience, and commitment to customer satisfaction really set them apart. Our check engine light kept coming on because of the mass airflow sensor. I had replaced it myself at least a dozen times using a sensor purchased from a local auto parts store, but the problem always came back. Michelle's years of experience led her to suggest that the issue might be that the replacement sensor wasn't an OEM part. We took her advice, installed an OEM sensor, and the problem has been completely resolved ever since. Sometimes it's not about replacing more parts, it's about having the knowledge and experience to diagnose the problem correctly. Thank you, Michelle, Hank, and everyone at Cars LLC for going above and beyond. You've earned our trust and our business, and I highly recommend your shop to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable mechanics who truly care about their customers.
