Bad thing though is that tire was missing a lug nut! So I had to go back in to let them now I can't drive like that. One of the kids replaced the missing lug nut. I asked of tires were balanced and aligned and his answer was "you should have no problem". Okay because taking this car on a long drive and I don't want any problems. I think regular tire checks are free but the service wasn't mentioned. They were really busy but they should slow down and provide quality service one car at a time. I know a visitor from upper management was observing the day before and service was no problem. .........Things sure changed from one day to the next.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this auto repair shop. This location was…read moreonce one of my trusted repair shops, and I had confidence in the quality of their work and their commitment to their customers. Unfortunately, that trust and respect have been lost. My concerns involve the way the repair and warranty issues were handled. I was given a quote with specific amounts, only to later be presented with conflicting charges and additional costs. More concerning was the lack of support regarding the warranty on work that had previously been performed. I was told that certain actions were being taken to help me, but the outcome left me feeling that my concerns as a customer were not being prioritized. When a business says it stands behind its work, I believe that commitment should also apply when a customer returns with an issue related to a previous repair. This experience has left me questioning whether the service and pricing I received during previous visits were handled with the same level of transparency. I encourage anyone considering this shop to carefully review their estimates, invoices, warranty terms, and any additional charges before authorizing work. I sincerely hope the shop takes these concerns seriously and works toward restoring the level of trust and customer service that originally made me a returning customer. Be aware of who you take your car to get repaired. Not all shops are looking out for the customer.
