So, third time with an issue here. Had an 11:00 appointment for wheel balance that I was early for. No openings available, so when 11:15 came around and my car wasnt in the building I went to the tech who wrote it up. There were 2 guys talking in an open bay for a while. He went out and they were liiking at something and finally pulled it in. Done in 20 minutes. Also, I never get the same person that writes me up and checks me out. I mentioned that I would probably not come back to this store as these things have happened before. He said since they were within the 45 minutes they said it would take they were ok, but he understood my perception. I don't agree. These guys left me high and dry with a flat tire. 4 days ago I was told they'd ordered the tire I needed for new performance car. Today I find out 1) there's no paper trail, 2) they ordered nothing, 3) they are somehow blocked from ordering "because they just opened" (hint: that's not what "opened" means). Note that this is November 2025 and there are reviews dating back at least 13 months (Mary B). If not, there are several from July, which was 4 months ago. They're too new to order tires? What kind of business is this? In order to accommodate their inability to order (and in order to lock up the sale), they're dispensing pretty bad advice. My situation is a flat tire on a brand new performance car. Their sales guy (Daniel) first proposed mixing and matching sizes. Then he thought maybe I'd just shell out and replace replace the 3 good, new tires (and 1 flat) with 4 tires of this other size (that's not spec'd for the vehicle). Then the manager gets on and tries to mix and match tires, tells me it's not dangerous to do this with a sports car, and then finally reveals that this whole time they couldn't order the tires anyways (which was why they were trying to get me to put the wrong size tires on my car) You don't put the wrong size tires on a performance car. You don't mix and match tire sizes on a performance car. read more

Let me start by saying I have purchased countless sets of tires from this store. I have always had great service until now! I took my sons car in for a tire repair. They tried right away to sell me new tires, and wanting to make sure by son was safe, I bought a set. When the tires came in, they tried to pad the original estimate with extras I had already instructed them to remove from the bill. After install we got home and they cross threaded a lug nut and the nut was hanging off. When we returned they said we had to file a claim. My son had to sit and wait while they helped new customers. They clearly knew the lug was cross threaded and sent the car down the road knowing it was unsafe. I will never go back. I am a service manager of a large shop and I would never send a vehicle down the road in that condition. I will not be going back! read more

The fastest fairly priced tire purchase I have made to date. Only downfall is they could not align my car because they don't own a special tool for a 2021 Mercedes. I paid upfront for everything. When I picked up my car I was told they do not align Mercedes so I was given a refund. CAL Suspensions on Vertin aligned my car the next day. My sister and I were on a roadtrip when one of our tires went completely flat. Considering we were away from home and two young women, we were concerned about getting an honest opinion and service. They were amazing! We interacted with at least 5 different team members and each of them were great. Very respectful and informative. When they discovered the tire was intact, but the problem was an incorrectly installed air pressure sensor that let all the air out the tire, they reconstructed the tire stem and air checked all the tires. Then they sent us on our way FREE OF CHARGE!!! We were so thankful and blessed by the crew here. Didn't want it to go unnoticed. Later that day the tire idiot light came on. I returned and found a faulty tire sensor. I had to purchase another and they completed the work and based on their professionalism I didn't question anything that occurred in this experience. I am from So Cal visiting my daughter on her spring break. Well, I end up with a bolt in my left front tire last night. Ugh! Not one of the things someone wants to endure on a trip. I used the app to make an appointment and then took a screenshot. Upon my arrival and checking in at the counter, for whatever reason, my appointment wasn't on their calendar. I was helped by a super nice guy, Kai. He assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and would get my car repaired as soon as possible. I called before I went in, the assistant did a great job in explain over the phone what they had in-stock and what best options would go good with my driving needs. Horrible experience. First my tire had a nail which I wasn't aware of. I went to take it to be seen if it needs a patch. Right away they wanted me to buy tires which I needed. Yes their patches are free but I had to wait for my next paycheck the next day. So they wouldn't put a patch and didn't even really look at it to assuage my anxiety of possibly having a nail in my tire or not. I new I was going to need tires soon because I committed a lot for work and the storms are coming. I will say the price was not bad however, apparently I didn't purchase which I thought I did. But now that I think back to my experience, I don't even remember being asked because why would I saw no. I ended up getting another nail a few days which was able to patch but what if it weren't repairable and just barely passed 30 days to be able to add my warranty. Either way they said if it weren't repairable it would be prorated. I just wanted the warranty from the beginning. I thought I was paying for the warranty all along. I guess they might've break down the charges but why wouldn't I want the warranty. I just don't get it. Being that I now added the warranty, I'm going to be more cautious doing business with them in the future. I've lost trust in them. read more

Requested 2 new tires, denied the first offer of buying a set of 4. Dude on the phone get mad because Im denying all his sales pitches. So now, transaction complete BEFORE THE SERVICE WAS EVEN PERFORMED. They drive my car in, call to ask for my wheel lock, ATTEMPT to remove it, call me back with yet ANOTHER sales pitch AFTER they stripped my wheel lock and lock nut. I politely inform them i visually inspected the lock before taking it specifically for this reason. They deny they even attempted but the metal in my lock nut is OBVIOUSLY going to be shiny compared to the break dust around it correct? Well i go to inspect my wheel and sure enough, silver metal around the lock and lug nut! Imma let yall be the judge..... take a look at the pictures! DO NOT GO HERE! First time coming here as I usually go to Costco. It's always been so hard to get an appointment for tire rotation and since I need 4 new tires I thought I should give them a try a new establishment. What also made me switch was that they open at 8am. I called and asked how long the appointments are normally, they said it typically takes about 45mins but can be less. They also match prices which is another plus. When I got there, I arrived about 30min early and they were able to take me in. The whole appointment lasted about 20 minutes. This is by the fastest tire appointment I ever had. I also love the fact there are quite a few in the Bay Area so I could easily get my tires rotated anywhere I go. Oh they prorate the tires if they have warranty for a certain amount of miles. Since I drive a lot this is definitely a plus for me. Looking forward to getting my tires rotated in a few weeks from now. read more
