So maybe around 3 years ago I had an incident with this company one of the drivers were test driving a vehicle they were working on let me specify that they were test driving it a private property of appartment complex when the manager from that complex had already complained alot of cuevas employees test driving alot of cars at a high speed, so I ended up getting hit by an employee of cuevas with a vehicle they were test driving,at that time I was pregnant at first the driver (employee of cuevas) started getting mad saying it was my fault so then I told him lets check camaras to see whos fault it is he wanted my license, but I told him let me see your its your fault he ended up calling a lady that works in the office and at the end that driver (employee at cuevas ) didn't even have a license it was suspended they told us not to report anything becuase they didn't want their employee fired becauase he was such a good worker we ended up not reporting anything, So now 2023 my husband took his truck on 7/3/2023 to get it fix becuase it had a leak, which they told him they would fix it for over 1200 since he really needed the vehicle fixed becuase it's his work truck he decided to proceed and leave it there and they told him it would be ready by the 7/5/2023. On his way home after being fixed he was signaled by another car to pull over and when he pulled over he noticed a plastic was hanging he took a picture and drove home since he was almost home as soon as he got home he realized there was a leak again so he drove back to Cuevas and told them what was going on.Their answer was it is not our fault if you want that fixed thats another $400, he asked to speak to the manager regarding the problem and he spoke to a Miguel that just said we can't do anything of it if you want it fixed you have to pay, we have camara footage with the specific times He got home and time he left. I pulled up and they took my car and had an oil change done and tires and fluids checked. I was out of there in less than 25 min. Great customer service from the front desk as well. If I could give them no star i would. I went to get my ball bearing changed they wanted me to pay 400 dollars for the ball bearing plus their work. They also suggest other part that were not needed. I called auto zone and the ball bearing was only 40 dollars. THEY OVER CHARGE AND MAKE YOU SPEND MONEY ON THINGS THAT ARE NOT NEEDED. They are not honest. read more

After some terrible experiences at other places in town these guys were amazing. I came for an oil change. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, my information was taken, car looked at, and estimate written in 3 minutes. It was about 10-15 minutes and they were done. They quoted me a much lower price for synthetic oil for my ford fusion than everyone else in town and were very polite and professional. I went here for a tire balance this morning. My invoice was filled out very poorly. It's missing proper details such as my name, name of service, and was not asked for my signature at the bottom. Anyone could use this piece of paper and claim it as theirs. I could definitely understand if she was rushed, however I was the only customer there at the time. Also, I usually get charged 30 dollars for 2 tires and was charged 40 this time. I asked why and her explanation was "this is what we charge now". I called again later to ask why and was told bigger vehicles are a different price. Even though I came just last week with the same vehicle and was charged 30. I trust this business. They have always welcomed and taken us in. We will always get that stubborn nail or screw. And if you are around Cuevas Tires I recommend that you head there. They don't just patch the hole but get into the tire and grind it done and then balance the tire. Some places we have gone to due to the location we were in only plugged the hole and sent us off. And with in a couple of days I had to fill the tire up. So I took it in and sure enough it was leaking from the plug. Went here to get my breaks done. I showed up around the time they open so I was one of the first to get helped out. My brakes were replaced and work just fine but the roaters look completely different. They were rusted even the brake caliper was different. Left front tire squeaks like crazy when I turn. Great service and great prices. I was able to get 2 tires replaced with used tires that were in great condition for $50 a piece. They were quick too, I was only there for 30-40 min or so. Super impressed with this place, I would definitely recommend it and I'll be going back with any other car issues I have.
