The new management is just as good as before but they're better now because they give you an option of getting dropped off or borrowing a loaner which was super convenient. I recently needed tires and I only had two hours after work to do it. The guys at the Walmart tire center at the Salinas Supercenter decided to close two hours early. At Costco, there was one guy in the tire department and a line a mile long. No one was actually installing tires there. All he was doing was ordering tires and making appointments with customers. I'm glad I found Terrazas Tires. An actual tire store with tires and plenty of professionals who know what they were doing. While I was still talking to the guy about what kind of tires I wanted, a couple of installers got my car up on jacks and pulled the wheels. Around 30 minutes later I had four brand new tires and I was on the road. The cost was less than half of what another shop had quoted me. I highly recommend Terrazas. I love this place because they get shit done quick and usually have a tire I need, or can get it fast. Took my ranger in for a alignment and they found some play in the ball joints and even showed me, I don't speak Spanish, but there is one dude there that does really well, I think his name was Raphael? I remember him working for another east side tire place and he was always pleasant to deal with. I usually do my own work, aside from tires and alignment. But I had them do the ball joints because it was there and I wanted the alignment done. I checked the work and it was done correctly and drives great. The price was right and I was very happy!
