We asked them to dispatch whoever was available, and thankfully, Leyva's Towing arrived within 20 minutes--a lifesaver compared to the long wait times from other services. Our tow truck driver, Manuel, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring. From the moment he arrived, he made sure we felt safe and taken care of, which made all the difference in such a stressful situation. He got us to the tire shop smoothly, and everything went off without a hitch. Another thing I really appreciate is that we never felt overcharged or taken advantage of--which can sometimes happen in situations like this.
