Joey always greets with a smile. Here today for hand car wash. Didn't like the idea that I asked for them not to clean inside. Outside only. I had some very valuable items inside. When I looked out to my Rover the back was wide open and all four doors open with two guys inside just sitting. I went outside to close the back then they got out. I went back into waiting room. Minutes later flagged me out. They were done. The interior / dash / windows / doors were dirty inside so I don't know why they were in my car. The exterior they missed lots of areas so I used the red towel they left on the windshield to wipe down outside my Rover. Armor all job was patchy and areas of the paint had armoral where it doesn't belong. I was unable to speak to Joey regarding my concerns due to my shortage of time. I'm hoping my next visit will be a positive experience as I will mention my concerns upon arrival. read more

This was my second time using this car wash. The first time the customer service was great the guy was helpful and explained the different types of services. But this second time, the guy at the window almost sprayed my mom and I with soap through the open window as we were waiting to pay and tried to argue with me on what service I should get for my car. After selecting my service and paying the $52.99 hand wash the car looked amazing. Until I got home and looked in the back. I have dogs, which is why I take it in to get detailed. The back looks like they didn't even touch it. There is still dog hair on the back of the seats. The side panels are dirty and the back windows still have marks on them. Very disappointed and will not be going back to this car wash. read more

Whoops! Siri told me that this place was a Chevron Station. Kinda sorta, right?! It's a car wash with a few full-serve pumps that offer Chevron gas. Staff wouldn't let me do anything, so I gratefully let them fill my tank. No Apple Pay, but credit cards are accepted (also cash & debit). Price seemed cheaper than traditional Chevron station, so that was a nice surprise. I didn't want or need a car wash, but the guy gave me another deal. Done! Efficient, fast, easy... no complaints. I paid for a hand wash service and detailing inside and out, cost me more than $70 and they didn't even clean my wheels thoroughly lately they've been slacking and the guys cleaning the cars are not given enough time. I requested a full service interior/exterior wash and towel dry. I paid $49.99 which is not the worst I've seen. My car was an absolute mess from road trips I've done recently with my German Shepherd back to back. They did an amazing job. The most clean I've ever had compared to any other full service wash. There were greater valued washes but I picked the simplest. I'm very satisfied and will go to them if I'm ever in the area again. The only thing that prevents me from giving a 5 star is I was a bit confused how to pay for service. It ended up being more simple but I'm used to someone coming to me a clipboard or signs with services provided and pricing. Other than that, very satisfied. read more

I just want to say the Cashier whos name is Jose was VERY rude to me. Ive never seen this guy before and I even complained to manager. VERY disappointed of this place they should fire him, tried to act sarcastic with me by telling me if I was sure Ive been to this place when I asked to get my car cleaned by a specific employee that has always done outstanding work on my car. He told me no person by that name worked there and when he told me are you sure you are at the right place that got me a little mad. Then I was like o no waaay and I told him well you are new probably and then he said Ive been working here for 7 years. I usually wash and detail my own car, but due to my busy work schedule, I haven't washed it in weeks! Today I took my 2021 Q8 to get hand washed and vacuumed and chose the Full Service Superworks package for $49.99. Acme did an immaculate job! I was shocked as I've had my vehicle washed and detailed at other places like El Estero in Monterey and they always do a half ass job. Just spent $56 then came home and spent another 1+hrs to finish washing my car! Their service is all but extinct. The most expensive wash and they basically knock the dirt off and dry it! Deodorizers flung on the psngr side floor! Wheel wells left filthy. Spotted windows and they didn't even wash the interior windows. Rims dirty and spotted! Three tires treated, one forgotten! Overall the wash for my truck wasn't bad, looked clean on the outside and inside. Not perfect, you can tell they missed some spots but I'm not crazy hard to please. However, like someone else said, they charge extra to wash a truck and don't do the bed of the truck? Best service I have ever received. Took my rental car that I had gotten really dirty from traveling in highway. They were very thorough and detailed. I'm not the most coordinated person but I found the whole process very confusing. This was my first time coming here. I pulled in & told them what I wanted. Told them it was my first time there. I asked him where to go & he said "follow the yellow line around." I didn't know if I was going the right way, so stopped & someone waved me to where the actual drive thru wash station was. When the car came through he gave me a thumbs up. I rolled down my window & asked him where to go next. Again I got a thumbs up & an answer in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. I paid for "the works" car wash & the car hadn't been vacuumed so I felt lost & frustrated. Luckily another customer came up to my car & guided me where to go. Sad a customer had to guide me & not one of their own employees. When I pulled the car into where the other customer told me to go an employee came up to me & again started talking to me in Spanish. I told him I didn't understand & he pointed to my keys & waved me to a seating area. When the car was done, he handed me my keys & gave me a thumbs up. I'm assuming that meant I was done?? Before I moved to Salinas, I washed my own car most of the time or went to a hand wash car wash only. I am adamant about not ruining my paint with those drive thru machine washes. However, after watching the employee's technique, I might be better off going somewhere else. I saw the guy washing my car take the same mitt he used on my wheels, back onto the paint. I also saw the same employee, drop a towel on the ground, picked it up, and continued using it on the paint. Anyone who details, knows this is poor technique. If you care about your clear coat, STAY AWAY! Too expensive to be getting this kind of service. Only thing that was good, was the vacuuming. read more

My car is always a disaster. I drive across the country a lot for work AND travel with my white dog who sheds a ton into my black seats. Whenever I take it to get washed and vacuumed out, I never expect it to be spotless. These guys cleaned my car within an inch of its life lol! It took awhile. I was probably there close to an hour with car wash, vacuum and polish. But my car was like new when they were done. I feel like I got a $100 detail for only $25. Two guys work on the car and they fold pull the seats back and forth, take out the mats and vacuum, get into the trunk. They have a lot of options for air fresheners too, and 3 days later, it still smells so nice! They do great work! Check this place out. You will not be disappointed. read more

Full service. Love to come here and have someone else pump my gas. My mom used to always come here for car washes when I was a kid so this oddly has a sentimental connection for me. The vacuums are self-seve when you get an outdoor only wash (which is what I usually do). They were recently upgraded and are super strong in terms of suction. I also appreciate this place because they donated some car washes to my child's school with a formal request including the tax ID number for our parent group. I normally wash my truck myself but it's a B*%^ and don't have time .. but when I get it washed by someone else i bring it here. So I I say I tip the guys a good tip like $10 to $20 without checking around my truck and they still do a half ass job.. but today they took the cake .. I asked for the works which is $60 and change .. I left for a appointment around the corner which took about an hour and half plus. I got my keys to get my truck and they half it again!! Wow !!! You pay for a service and you get the shaft.. they need to up there game .. i hope someone reads the post and if it does happen to you let them know ... they need to let the workers know to at least try to there job right ... read more
