I get my vehicles washed at Burgos' detail pretty frequently. Low prices and good details. Never had any issues. The vehicles always look almost like new. I usually just call ahead to make sure they're open and it usually takes about 3 hours for vehicles to get detailed. read more

I took my truck to get a full detail inside, outside, engine bay, and when I got it back the engine bay wasn't even "detailed" there was still dirt spots in there, they didn't even wipe down the inside correctly. The worst part the truck didn't wanna start. I had to pay a mechanic $285 to get my truck running again. When I went to tell them that they messed up my truck the owner and his son come up with the most ridiculous lies and say the truck was already like that when I brought it to them. These guys lie through their teeth. Don't take your vehicles here unless you're fine with taking it to a mechanic afterwards to get it fixed. read more

Pablo and his team saved me from selling my car. I had a huge carafe of coffee that spilled in my trunk. I cleaned it as best as I could that same day however, after one week the smell in my car was worse. After removing the hard shell of the trunk, I found that the coffee had hardened on the metal of the trunk and was stuck solid. I spent hours removing the gunk and although the smell improved, it still wasn't gone. I live in San Jose and I was quoted $200+ dollars to remove the smell, here, Pablo charged me $100 and left the entire car interior better than when I bought it new. I went to Burgos Detail this weekend. They were busy so I left my car there. The owner even offered me to drive his car if i needed to. My car had been parked outside and it was covered in dust. Within the hour i returned and i fell in love with my car again!! It was shiny and waxed. Looked brand new in and outside. They did an excellent job! I have paid a lot more $$ for a similar job and Burgos did it way better. I highly reccommend this business. And since it is local, I will not go anywhere else. You tell them what you want and done!!!!, had the car picked up at my home and wash and wax along with the engine bay, showed up in 5 min from time of call, then brings it back looking like new, I am picky when it comes to how I like my car detail , these guys get it done, to anyone that has had a bad experience with this place I can honestly say you had a little bit of a language barrier, but this is a 5 Star place, clean towels (micro fiber on paint only) all assorted chemicals , I pay close attention to this due to how picky I am with what goes on my paint, I always come back to these guys!!!! read more

Mr. Burgos is a very nice person and appears to run an honest business. He has detailed my car twice since I moved to the area and he does a very thorough job. On one occasion I accidentally spilled a 2Liter water bottle inside my car only a month after he had detailed my car and he cleaned up the mess without wanting to charge me. I insisted on paying him and he wouldn't give me a dollar amount so I tipped him well but I really appreciated that. I guess he figured it was no big deal since it was an easy job. He also helped me rig my car seat so that the water bottle incident doesn't happen again, lol! Needless to say, I will go back and recommend him for your detailing needs. read more

It was not what i thought its only for new cars 2019 and up. I have an 05 and they didnt clean how i thought they would. I paid 160 and was disapointed with all the stains they left. I had mentioned it dont matter if you charge me more just clean the hek out of it and it looked like a rushed job. The motor still had dirt. My carpet had alot of dirt so wen they "cleand it" it was showing so my light gray carpet looked brown. Like fuk it its clean. The workers seemed like nice people tho. But the work was not up to my expectations. I took because i thought they were going to do better than me cleaning it but this job goes to sho if you want something done right the way you wanted to be u have to do it your self. Lesson learned. The owner has a great attitude. The service itself, I feel that out of 5 I would give it at 3. From the past 3 times I went I did not notice their bucket system until after my 2nd visit. I took my work truck and it got cleaned really well and fast. Pressure washed it there and then vacuumed the interior for me. I took it again and I paid more attention to how they washed and I saw they jade one bucket for both the car itself and used the same water and possibly the same scrubbie for the rims.. I would have done that myself if I was in a hurry but when you are paying someone else to do your own lazy work, then it does not go. One bucket for just the shell of the car...one for the rims and one for the tire. And ACTUALLY throw the used water and soap away and add new soap for next car. Break dust and rim grime just sittind down in one bucket for a good ammount of cars. Nah man, wash your own car instead and save money. The way the workers talk to their customers is good especially the owner. But the services needs to have other methods in order to give a better clean and shine to anyone's car. prices seem a bit too much when attention to detail is lacking as stated above. read more
