I have to laugh at the guy from Pebble Beach with the one star review. This isn't the peninsula, bro, if you need something you need politely ask. This shop is a no-nonsense, old-school shop. They don't have a ton of inventory, but if it comes from Honda, these guys can get it for you. They also can get stuff through the typical distribution channels that supply all the other shops. I just wish Honda made a bike I like, but thats another story. For now I use Cycle Stop for ALL of my moto needs, Honda or not. We're getting a Trail 125 for the wife this year and Mike will be the only guy I'd get it from. My only issue with them, is that I always plan to stop in for some Motul800 and wind up talking to them for an hour. That gets me in more trouble than the spending.

Yesterday my battery was dead because I left the interior lights on so I called him to ask how do I get to the battery. He didn't tell me on the phone but rather came to help me and my father out. He even taught us how to use my portable charger if I ever need to jump start my car again. He had me drive car around for 30 minutes then go to his shop to test battery in case I needed a new one. He explained and showed me the calibration. My father was so impressed that he has hired Joe to do major work on Dads Tahoe. Also my daughter has an appointment next week for her Kia. They gave me a two year warranty. I immediately took it back to them as my cap was leaking after the rebuild. They immediately started with excuses. Finally, when bringing my trailer to Economy Rv they fixed the problem at its route and it works better than ever now!
