Fabrese and Jan are like the dynamic duo and i'm very appreciative that they are there for our local community. In the agricultural center of the world we have a lot of trucks and believe you me a lot of those owners are looking for bedliners. I have had them installed for dozens upon dozens of my customers over the years and these two gentlemen have always accommodated me very quickly with complete customer service. To my surprise I was there picking up a vehicle from one of my customers and I had noticed that they also provided a different service of installing bed covers. I have been in the market for one of these for a couple of months and I was so excited to see it was the brand that I wanted and knowing they could install it and provide me a warranty I was completely ecstatic. I came by one day so they can get the proper measurements of our vehicle they ordered the product had it the next day and then installed at the following day so literally from Wednesday to Friday I was completely taken care of with not one bit of hassle and I was completely satisfied! I bought and shipped new tires for my Tesla 3P from Tire Rack (this was their recommended location). During my visit, their pneumatic tire changer croaked and unfortunately during the event, my wheel got scratched. Instead of making excuses, the owner completely owned the situation. He asked to keep the car so he could bring in a third-party specialist to repair the wheel at their custom shop. When I got my car back, the damage was completely invisible. The wheel looked as new. The lesson here is not about the initial mishap, but the recovery. I cannot speak highly enough of how the owner handled this inconvenience and resolved it with total professionalism. They have earned my trust completely, and I will absolutely use them again!

I took my new-to-me car to the shop yesterday for brighter headlights. My 2015 Nissan had amber headlights which only offered diffuse lighting for Monterey's oft foggy and unlit roadways. I wanted the opportunity to see and to be seen when I drive at night. The owner emailed me last month to let me know that his shop could install the lights for my budget & the process would take 30 minutes max - no appointment needed. I stopped by yesterday morning & was welcomed into the cleanest mechanic's shop I've ever seen. Not a speck of dust or drop of oil anywhere. Everything was spotless and freshly painted. The vehicle lighting displays were numerous & offered something for every customer. Of course, I'm sensible. The owner suggested that I add fog lights for additional safety while I'm driving and found a set that matched my budget. Done! Lights look great and will ensure that I see everything while I'm driving.
